I ordered a bundle of items, and I love every one of them. Quality products that fit perfectly! I have very arthritic hands. The gloves actually fit. This is the first time I've ordered from Farmers Defense, and I will be a return customer. Five Stars!!

I ordered arm sleeve protectors, on sale, as a gift for a friend, in size s-m … they sent her an xs :( and said… it was the only size left, so sorry 🤯 was so upset and my friend was embarrassed to tell me they didn’t fit .

I have shopped Farmers Defense for many years. I have had skin cancer and their protection sleeves completely protect my arms from the sun. I love all the beautiful patterns and they always seem to fit "true to size." I recently ordered their new sleeves for legs, what a great idea! I have never needed to return an item before. But the legs were a little big. I called Customer Service about my need to exchange and they were more than accommodating. You will not go wrong with this company and their products. Go forth and live in the sun safely :D

After I received the winter gloves that I purchased, I needed to exchange 2 pairs due to how they were fitting.
I spoke with Maria, a customer service representative for the company. She was so helpful, kind, & knowledgeable.
I have already received the exchanged, better fitting gloves, & a little something extra. 🙂

Hi- if anyone from the company is looking at reviews, please reach out asap- I left 2 VMs and an email today (3/4/26) The online order defaulted to a totally wrong delivery address. I would love to be able to get this to the right person. Like other reviewers, I am concerned that you don't have support to respond to users- especially since you seemed to do so after a big onslaught of orders. People (like me) are trying hard to avoid amazon and do business with companies like yours, but it's unnerving when there's zero response. Please help!

The products are fine. The problem is once you buy something from them they never stop spamming you. You can unsubscribe, block, and report as spam until your are blue int he face. But the junk emails and harassment never stops. Don't buy from here. Run!!! Buy something form amazon, before buying these products.

Never received product and I suspected I wasn't the only one.

My order was cancelled after a couple of days even though I received my confirmation email as shown below:

Never received product.

My order was cancelled after a couple of days. I reached out to the company and got this automated response-

We understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the confusion. Unfortunately, we were unable to process the order due to the pricing error, which triggered the cancellation automatically.

We completely understand how disappointing this is. While we cannot honor the item for free, we’d be happy to help you place a new order at the correct price so you can receive your cooling towel.“

Odd how a pricing error can lead to a cancelled order. If I go to a store and make a purchase, they have to honor it without cancelling it. Disappointing on the company.

EDIT: This was public, and was purchased correctly. Nothing was done with the intent of fraud. Therefore, I am not increasing my stars. This is bad business practice.

If I go to a store and purchase a product and it rings up incorrectly, the store will honor the price. What is the difference?

This is in response to Farmersdefense continuing to update their response to me.

To clarify further, this order was placed directly through the company’s website. I did not access a private link, backend system, or anything that was not publicly reachable. I navigated the site as any normal customer would and completed the order through their storefront.

After posting this review, the company also attempted to have it flagged for removal. The review remains accurate and reflects my experience with the order and the explanations provided to me.

I lOVE the quilted outdoor coats. This is perfect for winter or cool weather gardening. They pay attention to detail with the sleeves. When you roll it up you still have the nice design to the outside. I have been wearing it and I asked them to send me a link for a review. I have enjoyed their other products too but this coat is something special. I'd like to see pants to go with it. So worth every penny.

I bought a hat & arm gloves for a gift. When I got it , I realized I had ordered two hats by mistake. Was going to send it back, but I tried the hat on & decided to keep it for myself. The quality of the material is great. I will probably order the arm gloves for myself later.

Farmers Defense made our company some custom sleeves with our logo on them. They were really fast and friendly. Their gloves, hats and hoodies are all great products.

I have been shopping with Farmers Defense for years now. We’ve purchased hats, sleeves and both for my kids and have always been pleased with the quality and service.

I suffer from chronic migraines and wasn't sure if I was going get my garden started this season. I got the Farmers Defense Straw Hat with the cool Fungi Forager design. The brim was long enough to block enough sun even with my light sensitivity. I was pretty stoked to be able to get out of the house this summer thanks to Farmers Defense.

I ordered a Sun hat to wear while out on the boat and it worked great to keep the sun off my face and chest. Also ordered the pruning shears for general gardening. Been using them for almost a year now and they’re holding up nicely. Order arrived promptly and would definitely order from them again.

Best garden gloves! The rubber finger tips are life changing. Wouldn’t buy another garden product. Water proofs your fingers yet doesn’t make your hands sweaty. Best product I have bought in a long time.

Placed order after their hats were part of some deals thing on Live with Kelly & Mark, the order never shipped. No one answered emails either. A total scam, have to dispute charge with credit card company.

As of right now, horrible service!! Ordered in mid March Through GMA deals and steals. Ordered 9 items, received 1 item. Sent emails to customer service, no reply, left messages with customer service, no reply. I did select the sales option last week, spoke with the owners husband and was promised he would check on the order and I would receive a call back the same day, nope! I am very disappointed as this order was a gift and I am being forced to file a claim through my payment venue.
