Entendemos sua preocupação e sentimos muito pela confusão — vamos te explicar direitinho o que aconteceu.

Verificamos que o seu pedido #88036 foi aprovado com sucesso, porém o pagamento passou por uma análise e por isso demorou um pouco mais (cerca de 1 dia) para ser confirmado.

Isso pode dar a impressão de que a compra foi recusada no primeiro momento, mas na verdade ela foi apenas processada e aprovada depois, e por isso o valor foi sim debitado corretamente. Ou seja, não se trata de um valor a ser reembolsado, pois o pedido está ativo no sistema.
