Röyhkeä ja ivallinen asiakaspalvelu. Automaattinen laskutus ei ollut mennyt läpi ja maksu oli myöhästynyt. En ollut huomannut sitä ja ihmettelin syytä aspasta. Sen sijaan, että olisin saanut kehoituksen käydä maksamassa, sainkin ivallista vittuilua ja tänä aikana palvelu ehdittiin lakkauttaa ja puolen vuoden aikana rakennettu pelimaailma tuhoutui.

1. Unstable Performance
Gameplay was consistently choppy, and the difference was obvious after switching providers — everything ran much smoother elsewhere. The control panel was also sluggish; opening file directories often took multiple attempts.

2. “Unlimited RAM” Isn’t Really Unlimited
Despite the promise of unlimited RAM, there’s clearly a hidden limit. You can’t upgrade it yourself — you have to submit a support ticket. To make things worse, the dashboard shows incorrect usage stats: memory can be fully used up even when it reports only 5% in use.

3. Disappointing Support
Customer support came off as dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of solving the issue, we were told nothing was wrong. And if you run out of RAM, there’s no quick fix — you’re stuck waiting until someone manually increases it.

4. Misleading Infrastructure Claims
The servers are not owned but rented from Hetzner, even though the marketing gives a different impression. You can easily verify this from the IP address.
To top it off, their refund policy is far from customer-friendly — even if the service fails, you only get part of your money back.

Problematic to use the dashboard, which lags. Uncomfortable tracking of RAM and the process of its extension.

1. Server Performance

-- The gameplay was laggy. Especially after we switched to competitors, we noticed how much smoother the gameplay became.
-- The dashboard and other service-related pages took a long time to load. I should note that there are no issues with our internet connection, and other websites were working fine.
-- The dashboard lags. The remote server's folders would only open after about 10 attempts.

2. Service Features or "Unlimited RAM"

-- The service claims to provide unlimited RAM, but of course, that is not true. In reality, it is limited, and to increase it, you have to contact technical support instead of simply increasing it with two clicks like on other platforms.
-- The dashboard displayed incorrect information regarding RAM usage. It showed that 5% of RAM was used, even though the so-called "unlimited RAM" had already run out.
-- Due to this policy and the terrible quality, we had a situation where the RAM ran out, and we couldn't even find out about it. Instead of relaxing with friends, we had to spend several evenings trying to resolve the issue, which, of course, we couldn't fix. We had to contact tech support and wait for their response the next evening.

3. Technical Support

-- Unprofessional and rude customer service. The response was delivered rudely, essentially saying that we had no errors and should only contact support if we had real issues.
-- If you run out of RAM, you won’t be able to increase it immediately and continue your game. You'll have to wait for someone from support to open your ticket and perform the necessary actions.

4. Company Policy

-- Despite providing such a terrible service, they also adhere to a refund policy where you only get half of your money back, even if not much time has passed. So, think twice if you want a server that performs poorly, where you’ll be treated rudely, and only get half of your money back for such a "wonderful experience".
