I ordered 2 fascinators and then saw a 3rd one and placed a 2nd order. I contacted Ryan to find out if I would have to pay postage twice and he replied immediately to say when the 2nd order was confirmed he would refund me the postage. The orders were dispatched a few days later and arrived within the given deadline. The items arrived packaged carefully, were excellent quality and exactly as the online photos. The customer service and communication received is 1st rate and I would definitely use them again. Thanks Ryan

It's difficult to buy online sometimes when you cant actually see the shade. Our hat shop had closed and I was running out of options. I came across this website and returns etc looked easy so I took a chance. The hat is beautiful and exactly the shade as described and as shown in the photos. I am absolutely delighted - It arrived quickly and was well packaged. I would definitely buy from this site again.

Ryan helped me out above and beyond a normal service. The fascinators were very true to pics in line and the returns service was very efficient.I would highly recommend this company .

I honestly couldn’t fault the service from Fascinator.co.uk. From start to finish the customer service was fantastic, especially when helping me sort an issue with my order quickly and professionally.

The fascinator arrived today and it is absolutely perfect — even better than expected and beautifully made. Communication throughout was brilliant and Ryan was so helpful and kind.

It’s rare these days to receive customer service that genuinely goes above and beyond, so I really wanted to leave a review to say thank you. I’ll definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend both the products and the company.

The order was dispatched promptly but the magenta colour was more cerise, so it was carefully re-boxed and returned (within 14 days as per Returns Policy) - but disappointingly no further communication received from Fascinator.co.uk and nil refund received to date. I have tried to phone and email the company but still no response.
I cannot endorse or promote future purchases from this company.

Please do not buy from this company, I brought a fascinator for my daughter’s wedding, arrived on time but was not the correct colour. Sent back within 3 days package tracked so I know they have received it. No acknowledgment that they have received the fascinator not answering the phone e mail given does not exist!
Please do not waste your money
