AVOID - this is not a reputable company
I ordered a waterproof jacket I had seen on instagram on 22nd April, delivery was due within 6 days. I contacted them on 7th May- I got an email straight back saying it was in its way… received a package today ( 20th May) and it’s not what I ordered , in fact,it isn’t even on their website.its not worth half of what I paid

This company now call themselves Fasyon UK. Do not order anything from them . It is a scam . You don’t get a return address . i ordered a jacket and it was too small and did not look like the photo on the website . They wanted photos and then emailed me to say the team were looking into my order . I didn’t hear anything again apart from that message . You will not get your money back . Do not order from them

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SO CALLED FASONI.These scammers have cheated me out of £100 for a dress I returned in August 2025 and also £22 postage to China . After about 20 emails I've lost count they have just said it was returned after 30 day policy . It's an absolute joke they said it's been stuck in China customs.So you wont ever get a refund . I didnt even get to keep the dress as I returned it and No offer of partial refund . I am not letting it go I'm in touch with trading standards . JUST PLEASE AVOID ORDERING FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Who call themselves FASONI.

Can't belive they are still trading.. sent the wrong item well past the promised delivery date. Emailed them to complain told it was the right one sent and they wouldn't give a refund. So contacted the credit card company and they organised a claw back. Never use this company it's a scam.

Frustrating service and poor communication. I purchased an item from Fasoni.uk in early November 2025 and waited weeks for delivery, only to receive repeated automated responses to our enquiries. The item was later confirmed to be out of stock. I selected an alternative and received a refund of R125, however any further attempts to communicate were again met only with automated replies.
More than two months later, I have still received no meaningful communication or progress on my order. Based on this experience, I would not use this company again.

The sweater looked nothing like the photo. It had No labels as to fabric or care. It was supposed to be cashmere. It definitely was NOT. The sweater had a gaping space where it was supposed to close.

I have asked the company for a return at least 5 times. They are polite but keep asking how they can help!! They asked for photos of the sweater to see why I wanted to return it. I sent them, no response. I think they are waiting the 14 days you have to return it so they can say it is too late.
I NEVER write a bad review but people shouldn’t get scammed!!!

What a joke of a company ordered a Halloween mask £59.99 when it turned up it was nothing like advertised on there website, so asked to return after been messed about and 40+ emails I got the return information and paid myself for a refund , but they wouldn’t except the return parcel sent by Royal Mail and now two months later just ignore my emails

Ordered a pair of woman's trainers, they didn't arrive when stated, waited another 7 days looked at the tracking details and were supposed to be delivered via post office, the post office new nothing about this order and cannot get a reply from fasoni

You are a disgrace! I wouldn’t even rate you a 1! No one responds, phone lines don’t work! You don’t get your money back! It’s disgusting!

Bought 3 jumpers fabric was not as expected. Complicated return means I haven’t managed to return them. None of the jumpers had any labels regarding fabric make size! I will donate to charity. Useless I’ll never buy from them again

Their site in no way reflects the quality of their products. Bought Halloween mask , supposedly reduced by 50% it was still FOUR times the price of Amazon . I presumed that Amazon was selling the knock off!! No feedback to check on their site - wish I had checked further! Absolute crap ! Business address Netherlands - drop-shipped from China . Late arriving . Ignored two emails for return so far - will be taking it up with credit card issuer . If you can - don’t let them get away with it . Paypal will refund and credit card can pursue on your behalf - save screen shots etc- if nothing else they do offer a refund !

What a waste of time crap suit from china don’t even fit and 2 weeks for delivery don’t waste your money

I ordered a handmade Elves cap from Fasoni (fasoni.uk) on 28th September 2025, and I still haven’t received it as of 21st October. The website promised 5–8 business days for delivery.

Tracking has been all over the place, from China to Madrid to the USA, even though I’m in the UK. Every time I contact customer support, they just say my case has been “escalated,” but nothing ever happens.

I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and received no reply. This company, registered in the Netherlands (Printer 20-A, 7741 MD Coevorden), has been completely unhelpful.

Terrible experience, unreliable service, no accountability. I strongly advise avoiding Fasoni.

Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience. The customer service is poor, the communication repetitive, and the lack of accountability unacceptable. At this point, I genuinely question whether Fasoni is a reliable company.

Bought a shoes from them. Size 43. Waited 3 weeks for the parcel....from China.
The shoes probably size 40 (6/7 uk)
Paid £30, return parcel would be about £30 as they strongly advise with tracking number. The return postage is non refundable. Don't buy anything from them

They don’t fit at all. They don’t give money back and they won’t give a return address. DO NOT USE THEM

Do not buy any items from this company Fasoni they are taking orders to Holland and dealing with China i had 2 items delivered after 2 weeks of waiting both items where far to small,I contacted Fasoni in Holland and they said you need to send them to China and gave me a Chinese address to send them back went to Royal Mail they said it would cost £28 a kilo so didn’t bother and gave them to a charity shop. These companies should be closes down

GPS collar this is a cheap and nasty bit of kit gps does not work the item is useless bought Apple easy to set up and gps works great put the fast I on my Maine coon cat and took me 3 hours to buy again this item is useless still waiting for return and refund but don’t waste you time even more don’t waste your money

I ordered a cat collar with gps tracker and was sent only the collar.. no offer of refund , would not send me the correct order and were not very sympathetic to their mistake. Instead after me saying I won't order with them again they offered a discount on another order. Absolutely would not recommend using this company 🙄

Absolutely a joke waiting for my item to come texted but tell you it's on its way wouldn't have bothered if I knew it would take this long avoid it
