Complete scam, with no connection to LinkedIn offers and a very poor matching algorithm, searching only by job title. Customer service does not react, I guess the money back guarantee is just a lie. Avoid at all cost.

Not able to cancel my subscription, your cancel subscription button is not working ,i constantly emailed your support team but no response

I tried this platform and found some issues that I brought to the attention of support. They just brushed me off. Here is the major problem that I ran across - if you don't live or work in one of the largest 20 cities in the USA then DON'T choose this app. The location on main profile is "United States" and then under additional filters you are suppose to enter your city. I did this and realized that there is no subfilter for State. So if your city has more than one in the United States then you will get all of those. They also don't have a way to search the listings by radius, so you have to change each town name manually. I asked for a full refund but I got no reply.

I got the service when they first launched and since they've upgraded their service, they have decided to freeze me out. When I signed up the plan was 100 resumes per day, I sent out about 30 resumes almost a week ago and ever since then I've been getting the message "you've reached your daily limit 0/100" and I am unable to use the service even though I already paid for the year. People are looking for jobs and fastapply is taking their $$ without giving them service. People said it's a scam, I should've believed them.

EDIT: And one more thing, when the user tries to go to their "Help / Contact us" page it states the page "no longer exists" and they want you to contact them via whatsapp... no thanks, my whatsapp number is for my friends and family, not a business that randomly stops offering their service.

A friend recommended it to me and I have been using it. The linkedin automations works so well. I have got 2 interviews so far.
