Had barely placed the order when they called to tell me it would be 20 minutes late. And to top it all off they forgot my silverware. Contacted them about this and they never responded.

Had to give one star as couldn’t give none

SHAMBLES call them self a company more a group of morons

No customer service skills and certainly not a nice bunch

Took over 3 hours to deliver my food. Cold and covered in drinks.

Food went in bin and no refund and surprise surprise no contact back from anyone.

FOR FUTURE I WILL USE JUST EAT SO MUCH BETTER

After stupidly leaving my receipt from Macdonald's in my bag, to find they charged me a ridiculous amount more than the restaurant, AND paid with their credit card meaning I was out of pocket and even if I had a problem with the food, wouldn't be able to get a refund from Mickey Dee's because the refund would've gone to fasteats card. Then when I webchatted to them,they essentially told me I didn't know what I was talking about. THEN, Alex (whoever that is) cold called me to put me in my place for complaining, and was unhappy that I was unhappy about her interrupting my dinner. And now, when I've tried to officially complain about their service, their prices, their customer service, and their quite frankly illegal use of my personal data, their website is down, they have blocked me from their app, and they have removed the ability to review on their Facebook page. An absolute sham company. In all honesty, I hope they're unreachable because they have gone out of business.

Fantastic service from FastEat last night. We had good old McDonald's. Delivered within an hour, which is fairly normal for a weekend night. Ordered 2 big mac meals, a 20 box of chicken nuggets and two extra milkshakes. Unfortunately one of our milkshakes was missing, but we know this wasn't FastEat's fault, it was McDonalds. We are well aware that our food parcel is sealed for safety, so obviously the driver can't check in the bag for the shake. We have never had two options from a delivery company before, so well done for the great customer service. We will definitely be using you again, amazing friendly team. Big shout out to Alex and Kody, for sorting things out ASAP for us.

Terrible service late deliveries of in excess of 2.5hrs on more than one occasion orders wrong or missing and the Web chat is absolutely garbage tell you what you want to hear on fob you off if there's an issue. Be very wary as there's no refund option either I has a delivery tonight the order was mixed up with someone else's and bag ripped delivery driver admitted handling our food as it fell out the bag not a great idea due to general hygiene in a pandemic either salvaged food that was still in box's and bint the rest

Fast eat is great. Staying in the countryside means it’s hard for me and my family to get our fave McDonald’s or kfc but fast eat has solved that for us. Delivery is relatively quick and the customer service team are amazing. Any problems I’ve ever had have been resolved within 5 mins.

Quick delivery, easy to use app, delivery drivers are so pleasant and very helpful. Food was extremely warm which I’ve used other company’s and that is not the case at all. Any delays drivers will always contact me and let me know. Which I’m very happy about. Keep up the good work Fast Eat

Ordered McDonald’s from here and it came so fast and was super hot on arrival!

Order a few times a week, and have never had any issues that haven't been fixed instantly. The drivers are all so friendly too, and I definitely feel like I am receiving that personal experience when they are willing to engage in light conversation, instead of throwing the food at you and running back to the car. Delivery is always prompt and only once has it been close to the maximum recommended time. This company uses electrically heated bags, and you can definitely tell the difference between hot food and warm food. I will always use FastEat over any other company

Was delivered quick and order was correct. Only thing is the delivery fee is a bit expensive when the menu prices are also more expensive, e.g McDonald’s prices. But will use again. Thanks :)
