Pour moi, quand on commande par internet et surtout dans une autre province, il est important de parler à une personne et non à une machine ou à l'intelligence artificielle.

Awesome service. Had a package get damaged from distributor and the service at st Catherine's fastek had it resolved and shipped the very next day.

I ordered a mitre saw which arrived promptly. Then l purchased a additional blade on sale. Very satisfied.

Order was filled quickly but damaged box upon arrival

Shipping was very quick, I got my order within a few days of purchasing! The only problem was how the package arrived. The box was very damaged upon arrival to my address. It was ripped and damaged on the entire one side. A very big hole is visible on the cardboard shipping box.
