I was really happy with my experience buying from Fastest Cakes! The ordering process was quick and easy. The price was reasonable. The cake itself was presented beautifully and it was fresh and tasted delicious. I plan on ordering the other flavours. Delivery was quick and everything arrived in perfect condition. Great service and excellent quality. 100% recommend FastestCakes!

Ordered the cake on Saturday for Monday and choose time slot of 10 - 12 cake was here by 10:40 on time. I will be ordering again.

It's a great service. Delivery was on time. Cake presentation great, unfortunately the taste of the icing was not very nice. No-one liked it. The cake itself was very nice.

I first used Fastest Cake in Nigeria, where their same-day delivery helped me surprise a colleague. Two years later, I tried their newly opened Manchester branch for my own birthday, and I was so pleased!

I’m not really a cake person, but this was one of the yummiest cakes I’ve had. Their customer service team also followed up to make sure my cake arrived without any issues. Would I order again? Most definitely!

No lies, when I scrolled through the reviews here I was genuinely worried. But I was in a proper emergency, and FastestCakes was literally the only place I found that could deliver same-day.

The delivery man arrived right on time (my only criticism is that his communication could be better), but besides that, there was no stories and no drama. When we opened it, the cake was top-notch, it felt freshly baked, soft, and delicious. What impressed us the most was the balanced sugar levels – not overly sweet, borderline sickly, and it did not feel cheap or mass-produced baking. My partner, who is a cake person (snob), even commented on how light it was.

They really came through for me in a tight corner, and they deserve their flowers.

I ordered a cake from fastest cakes as I needed one urgently and had left it last minute. The cake was simple yet very tasty.

I saw their advert on facebook and decided to give them a try for my husband’s birthday. I ordered the bento cake and it arrived on time for the surprise celebration i planned. He loved his cake and I would order again.

Amazing service! I honestly couldn’t believe how quickly the cake arrived, especially considering it was same day delivery. The whole process was so easy, and the cake tasted absolutely delicious and fresh. Really impressed with how they managed to deliver such a lovely cake at such short notice. Would definitely order again!

I’ve ordered from Fastest Cakes at least 7/8 times and my experience has always been excellent. They’re incredibly efficient, and their cakes are absolutely delicious! I love the convenience of being able to order on the same day or just a day in advance.

I’m genuinely surprised by some of the reviews on Trustpilot, as I’ve never experienced any of these issues. From what I’ve read, most of the complaints seem to relate to delivery logistics and timing. Personally, I’ve always had a great experience and would happily recommend them!

I would be recommending to friends and family. If you are out for the Nigerian cake taste, they are definitely your go to. I ordered red velvet and chocolate buttercream cake and it was lovely! The staff I spoke with was polite and I got my cake at my requested time. Delivery was free as well!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY- my daughter’s cake was ordered on 6/10 for the 10/10. The time slot I chose was 2-4pm. The cake arrived at 5.46pm. There was no communication about the delay, no reason given for the delay once I got in touch with them and no apology. I asked for a partial refund for the distress in ruining my daughter’s birthday celebration- they offered me 20% off my next order- I won’t be ordering from them again! Their lack of remorse and accountability showed their appalling customer service. I would’ve been better off just going to M&S. Awful service and company that lacks compassion.

Would not use again! I booked a delivery slot for 4-5pm the delivery driver came at 2 after being instructed not to attend at the time, I was not in and the cake went to a neighbour, my neighbour was not in and I was left without a cake complained to Kristina at customer services who I believe is also the co founder who did not aopologise and blamed me and stated that the warehouse was far away from my home hence why earlier delivery despite offering a later slot! Dosent make any sense. Could have at least apologised. Terrible customer service!

I honestly wish I had never ordered from UK Fastest Cakes.
The cake I received was unbaked and completely flavourless. A cake that is not properly baked and has no flavour is simply unacceptable. You pay for a product expecting a certain level of quality, after seeing many influencers post about their (clearly gifted) cakes- what I received fell spectacularly short of even the most basic expectations!
But the real disappointment came afterwards. Having received a cake that was clearly not up to an acceptable standard, I contacted the company expecting them to take responsibility and put things right. Instead, they have refused to refund me or replace the cake for my ACTUAL birthday.
So, to be clear, I paid for a birthday cake that was unfit for purpose, was left thoroughly disappointed with the product, and have then had to waste my time trying to resolve an issue that should never have happened in the first place.
Mistakes happen. What matters is how a business deals with them. Refusing to refund a customer who has received such a disappointing product speaks volumes about my experience with their customer service.
I am disgusted with the way this complaint has been handled. I would not order from this company again, and based on my experience, I certainly would not recommend them to anyone looking for a cake for a special occasion. The speed of the delivery was impressive, and the cake LOOKED good- but I realise it was all smoke and mirrors. I ordered a Bento cake, with 5 cupcakes (also dry and inedible) I cut the bento cake (notoriously small) in half with a mind to cut it into quarters to serve my guests, but upon seeing the cake was uncooked in the middle. Decided it was not safe to serve. I tried a small piece in the corner- just to confirm that it was just as it looked (flavourless, dense and raw!) As a keen baker myself- I am confident enough in my baking to know it would never happen- but IF it did my FIRST instinct would be to apologise profusely! Did they apologise? Nope! No apology- just a lack of intelligence around how customer services work. ‘We only take back in tact cakes'. Who in their right mind is going to ask for a refund when the cake is intact- unless it was down to late delivery? I am complaining about the ACTUAL cake-which was RAW- how on earth would I know this IF I didn’t cut into it??????? Make it make sense! We left half of the cake at the restaurant- which was binned.I kept the other half for pictures and proof that it was raw!! I made a complaint within the expected 24 hours- and was fobbed off. I had to chase, and now because it is over 24 hours- they have only offered me a discount on my next cake order. A complete insult. There is more than enough of the cake in my possession to show it was uncooked, but apparently - it was consumed! We could not eat it and have proof from many witnesses and the restaurant themselves! Not a penny of my money will be wasted on this company again.
Save yourself the disappointment and make sure you think twice before ordering.
