I hired this security company for an event and specifically requested 4 professional and well-trained guards. Unfortunately, they only sent 2 guards, and both were very young, did not wear proper uniforms, and did not present themselves professionally. This experience was disappointing and did not meet the service expectations that were agreed on. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I hired this Company for an Event and paid 60$ per hour for three guards.
Only one guard arrived an hour late,and he appeared poorly trained

I worked for this security company and did not receive my wages for 7 weeks
There was no clear management or responsible supervisor,and my attempts to resolve the issue went unanswered

I’ve worked a mix of events, fire watch, and property security, and the support from the team has always been there. If you’re a guard looking for steady work and a company that respects your time, I’d definitely recommend giving them a shot.

We just used this company for fire watch in the Bronx for a f03 in our high rise; they arrived and assisted immediately; can't say enough about how amazing that was. Thank you again Fast Guard!
