I enjoy using the Fastic App to track my IF and my health goals. There is new information everyday. I like how easy the app is to use too. ..... and, I think it's kinda fun! 😁

Wie bereits andere Nutzer berichtet haben, gibt es in der App eine Abofalle. Die Verbraucherzentrale hat gegen Fastic geklagt und es gibt auch ein Urteil, alles online verfügbar. Fastic darf keine Rechnungen basiernd auf diese Abofalle. einfordern, sie tun es aber weiterhin mit Inkassounternehmen! FINGER WEG von dieser App!

Absolute scam. Won’t cancel even though I did everything asked, filling the online form and emailing repeatedly. Never answer emails. Happy to send demands for money but won’t actually respond properly or sympathetically to a frustrated and very annoyed female. Never once used the app. Emailed more times than I can count. Made a payment to buy time but doesn't work. They just continue to charge and ignore. Shocking con and dreadful customer service (well there is none!!)

Ich habe einige Apps ausprobiert und ich finde Fastic am allerbesten, übersichtlich beim Essen tracken, viele Lebensmittel und Gerichte vorhanden , bin froh wieder hier zu sein ❤️ habe jetzt viele Kilos geschafft.

Habe die Vollversion für 1 Jahr über die Krankenkasse.
Bin sehr zufrieden, die App berücksichtigt viele weitere Fakzoren, bietet breit gefächerte Hilfestellung.

Super einfach gemacht die App. Mega die Rezepte und der Intervallfasten Cou tdown der einen Motiviert.

I like the reminders, and how interactive the app is. The meal plans are a savior for when I want to try something new. The lessons keep you going as you keep understanding your body demands the lessons allow you understand what is happening and how to improve your meals to fuel body accordingly. I love the AI chatbot, so resourceful

Fastic is really good to track my meals, achieve my goals, and try to eat better. It helped me lose weight, and also I love the recipes, they’re delicious and healthy! I totally recommend it!

I really love how easy it is to use the app. Plus the reminders make it almost impossible to miss your fast. It's like an accountability partner on your phone. I really love the recipes too and the work outs. It's just all I need in one place love love love Fastic. Fastic is actually fantastic!!

Aufpassen mit Abo Falle obwohl ich mich nie persönlich angemeldet habe! Die wollen mir jetzt für kein aktiven Tag mir Geld abziehen. Richtig schlechte App nutzt lieber Yazio die machen es wenigstens richtig!!!

O aplicativo é bem completo, possui várias funcionalidades. Auxiliar bastante no cumprimento dos objetivos. Excelente aplicativo!

However the plus version is very expensive. I really hope they revise the price and make it affordable to everyone .

Es sind fast alle Lebensmittel enthalten ansonsten gibt man es selber ein,
man hat eine super Übersicht was man isst.

Do not waste your money on this product. I downloaded it and 5 minutes later realized it was not what I was looking for , did not get my money back and got charged for an entire year, with recurrent subscription payments and is very difficult to cancel. Make sure this is what you're really looking for I'm on the keto diet and it talked all about keto, but when I downloaded it, it was all about fasting, very disappointed in this company cannot get in touch with anybody and cannot figure out if I'm going to be charged again. Next year.

Ich habe die App nur kurz heruntergeladen und nach wenigen Minuten wieder gelöscht. Umso überraschender war es, als zwei Monate später plötzlich eine Rechnung über 75 € zuzüglich Mehrwertsteuer bei mir einging.

Anschließend folgte direkt ein Schreiben eines Inkassounternehmens mit deutlichen Drohungen bezüglich rechtlicher Schritte. Nach etwas Recherche scheint es, dass mehrere Nutzer ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht haben.

Meiner Meinung nach ist hier große Vorsicht geboten. Ich würde empfehlen, sich vor der Nutzung genau zu informieren und im Zweifel lieber darauf zu verzichten.

Super Unterstützung wenn man wirklich abnehmen will oder bessere fühlen!
