For me it was the first time. The customer service guided me through it with ease. They helped me with my artwork. I felt supoorted and understood.

Lovely quality and very easy to order online
I cancelled my order and still have not received a refund. They only contacted me after I followed up by email and informed me that it would take up to a month to process the refund. I am not sure if they are hoping I will forget about it. Issuing a refund should not require this much time. I will update this review once the refund is received.
Really good quality labels
Quick, easy and efficient process with excellent labels delivered very quickly.
fast turnaround
Easy to use the website, good service, great product
Perfect work
I ordered labels and wondered if they would be what I needed and I was pleased when they arrived. Just the job!
Perfect. Done as expected.
Good print, clear image, nice finish - just dont understand why finished product has such wide white margins on left and right sides
All good.
Amazing service
