I recently sold and investment property I own in Alloa. After years of being a landlord it was time to sell up and cash in. FastMove are experts in landlord properties and did a fantastic a job for me for a very fair price. I'd recommend them without a shadow of a doubt. Great service too.

I recently sold my mums house through FastMove. I dealt with Noah who was excellent and very helpful on the phone. Once my property was listed Judith took care of the sale. A great company and done what they say they were going to do, which is rare these days. Thanks again!

My house was to be sold as per a court order and the nominated well known estate agent was unable to do the job due to the attitude and lack of professionalism from there managing director Kevin Kelly. This is when I contacted Matt via Fb and with an amazing attitude and understanding of the situation , he got to work . Within no time Matt found a potential buyer . Unfortunately this was not to be due to my ex living within the property not allowing access etc. further court action and Matt now being the nominated estate agent again he got to work. He introduced Judith and the work commenced trying to achieve the impossible of arranging viewings etc baring in mind my ex partner did not want to co operate and lived in the property. With Great communication, attitudes and determination to achieve a sale whilst being understanding to both parties a sale was achieved . There was a 7 week period where the house was not on the market and unfortunately sale fell through . Here we go again… as Judith put the house back on the market to do it all again . Never a falter in attitude and the communication couldn’t have been any better .to this day I still wonder how they put up with me and my ex . Within a couple weeks there was another offer and sale now complete. I believe I wasted a year with a well known local estate agent spending thousands and they could not handle the situation.
Matt and Judith u r legends in ur field and genuinely nice people.

No hidden costs or expenses. Only cost to me was legal fees to complete the deal. I would recommend fastmove for a smooth hassle free house sale.
