Great communication, found me a test really fast. Happy with my experience

Really amazing service, it’s so hard to get a test through the website but fast pass courses managed to get me one quickly. Very fast response with emails and via phone, super helpful team!

Very unreasonable. Has essentially banned me from using service when I enquired about getting my money back as I had thought I had potentially got a test booked elsewhere. It ended up being a scam so wanted to rebook but was told as I requested a refund they will not accept any bookings from me going forward.

Does what it says on the tin. We tried everything for a test and theses guys delivered.

Jason from Fast Pass was fantastic, wouldn't have passed without him. Was also very obliging about my shift pattern at work.

I went with fastpass driving because off people saying about not be able to get test dates when I frist signed up and looked at the prices they are very reasonable and when I start my course my instructor was super friendly and made me feel comfortable and not like I was on a lesson we had a good laught and got what we need to do done the instructor I had was amazing he help carm my nerves befor my test and reassured me all the way up to the test and I passed with 2 minors would 1000% recommend to anyone and will be using agin for family members

Wow! It is still possible to beat the bots and get a driving test within 6 months! My son failed his first test at the end of April, we were able to book one for mid October and even that wasn't easy. I decided to get a number of apps (bots) and also book the test only option with Fast Pass Driving Courses. At £159, I wasn't sure but we were desperate to get a test. I received an email confirmation and then nothing. I was doubtful tbh but out of the blue on a Bank Holiday Monday, I got a call from the brilliant Suzanne to say she'd found one in just 9 days time at the test centre we wanted! My son passed last Saturday, less than 4 weeks after his first test. I thoroughly recommend this firm, it seems they can work miracles! The price includes the test fee btw, so actually, the admin cost is minimal when you think of the prize and the savings of no more lessons etc. it's also nice to think we didn't use a bot, so we beat them instead of joining them! Because they are a driving instructor firm, they have a slightly different way of finding tests. It still wasn't easy though for them. The test they got me was their 10th attempt so be patient.

John at Fastpass Driving School is absolutely fantastic! From the very first lesson, his friendly and approachable demeanor instantly put me at ease behind the wheel. He has a wonderful way of making you feel comfortable and confident while driving. What truly sets John apart is his detailed teaching style. They were fantastic . I contacted them because we had a date in August but we really wanted one sooner and I was struggling to book a cancellation through DVSA. I contacted them by phone, they were informative and helpful and answered all my concerns. I paid the fee at around 5pm and received a test date the next day by 8am . The date was only 4 weeks away. So helpful would recommend.

Fantastic service that I would highly recommend. As a repatriating Expat they knew exactly how to make the whole process taking the driving test so stress free. They provided me with an awesome Instructor Ian and scheduled my test quickly and efficiently. Suzanne was a miracle worker. Very professional and easy to work with. They can work with any location.

I honestly couldn't recommend FPDC. From day one Jason and the FPDC team were professional and were happy to help. After explaining what dates I was available on the FPDC team booked me in and shortly afterwards I was contacted by Jason to arrange the time and dates of my lessons.

During the test Jason was happy to answer any questions I had and was supportive thought out the entire process. Compared to previous driving instructors that I've worked with, I felt relaxed around Jason which helped me to feel less nervous during my actual tests. After the test Jason told me that he would reimburse me for the hours we hadn't used as I had originally booked a block of 12 hours.

I really can't recommend FPDC enough for anyone looking for lessons or an intensive course. I had nothing but a positive experience working with the FPDC. I felt like I was getting my money's worth from each lesson and I always got a quick response to my text messages or calls.

My son passed his test in 2 weeks. I had to change test centre to get a quicker slot, but that was no issue as my son and the instructor drove to the test centre together on the day of the exam. The instructor (Jason) was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I'm very satisfied with the whole experience.

Found the company online. Very easy to book, did what they said they would. Great experience, great service. Fully recommend.

I'd rate less than 1 star if possible.
FPFC are quick to respond to messages before they get your money, as soon as things go pear shape (through their own incompetence) and you want a refund they palm you off and don't respond.

I had originally booked with FPDC because I was lead to believe there would be a maximum of 6 weeks waiting period and they would be able to secure a test date for my local centre. Only to be told 8 weeks later they can't secure me a test date for my local centre and wanted me to drive over an hour to a centre that suited them.
After a few days of waiting for a reply for my response to their news of not being able to secure a test date/centre I'd asked for a full refund and was promised it would be returned in 5 days. 1 week later I've had to chase it up only to be told by Jason he would sort it when he was in the office. Coincidentally that day I received an email of confirmation of my refund request, stating at the bottom it will take up to 10 days to refund! A full week after already having requested it. Still waiting for a refund and a response, seen someone else write a review saying Jason is a good salesmen but that's as far as it goes!
AVOID!!!

Be careful when choosing this company!
First of all they advertise for the Banbury area. When you book them and pay they tell you that the instructor will pick you up from Oxford train station, hardly Banbury is it??
My daughter travelled to Oxford was met by her instructor. Lesson 1 was a 4 hour block. The instructor drove her to a remote part of Oxfordshire countryside and left her alone on a bench whilst he went for his lunch. The instructor also had a break for the toilet and another to stretch his legs. In all my daughter probably drove for about 2 and 1/2 hours out of the 4.

The next day was a 4 hour lesson again full of lunch, leg stretches and toilet breaks. I may be naive but I hoped that the instructor could have managed without all of those and may daughter could have had the full 4 hours that we had paid for. All my daughter’s lessons were scheduled to start at 9am, however the night before one of them the instructor changed this to 1pm. Meaning my daughter had to mess her work around. This lesson he also finished it 40 minutes early saying he would add it into the next days lesson. He never did.

At the end of the end of the 3rd lesson he drove my daughter to the test centre and told her this is where she would need to go the next day. My daughter texted the owner, Jason, to ask what time her test would be and he informed her that she did not have a test booked.

The last lesson I went with her to ask her instructor about all these points. He was dismissive at best, rude and ignorant. I demanded that days money be retuned and my daughter and I returned home without the last lesson/test.
I spoke to the owner Jason on the phone. He was very professional and could not apologise enough, even telling me me that the instructor would not work for him again, he still is. We were going on holiday the next day and Jason said he would get something sorted for when we returned. A week after we had returned we had not heard anything so I had to ring Jason myself. He had completely forgot about us and had nothing. Once again he could not apologise enough and ask for another week. Again one week later no contact, again rang Jason and was promised all the same things. Only thing different he told us he was really struggling to get driving instructors for Banbury.
Jason is a brilliant salesman, telling you everything you wanted to hear at the time, once the phone is put down he simply forgets you. When I rang him back up asking him awkward questions he just turns it on you, making out you are a liar.

Overall really disappointed with the whole experience and more importantly the owners lack of effort to correct mistakes.

Had a great time on the course, jason boosted my confidence while driving. Amazing company, fantastic instructor. Would recommend to everyone. Got me a test way before the GOV website would have. Again an amazing company and fantastic instructor

I’ve been looking for a test for a 2/3 months but couldn’t find any that were suitable times. Booked with Fast Pass Driving Courses and had a test within a couple of weeks. Communication was fantastic and I was always kept in the loop.

I booked for a 30 hour course with Fast Pass Driving Courses, I was given an instructor and a test date within a few weeks! I was able to complete my course and test around my crazy work schedule which made the experience even better. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you!
