Everything went smoothly
The ordering process was easy, I was telephoned to confirm details of skip, the delivery and collection happened between 7am and 8am on both dates and the overall price was very competitive.
The email order confirmation stated 'Unless advised otherwise, our fleet will deliver and remove the skip between the hours 5am -5pm (Monday to Friday)'. I queried this on pickup and was told they did not actually open before 6am so you do not need to be up for 5am if you need to be there for the skip to be dropped off and picked up if needed.

Had to cancel order. After booking no email confirmation until 3 days when chased by phone call and they informed skip delivery will be 3 working days after plus weekend in middle so 5 days late, it was booked for special job due to building works.still waiting for full refund. I will pay more to other providers and at least get on time.
Shocking customer service
Booked a delivery date on their website to then be told they donât have availability in that date. Once skip was delivered getting them to collect it is a nightmare, B&M donât answer the phone and on email they stated theyâll collect the skip sometime in the future. Basically using my drive as storage solution for their skips.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a skip a week before to be confirmed by the website it would be delivered on the Wednesday.
On Tuesday the day before I received an email saying they couldnât deliver the skip till Thursday due to high demand. I was ok with this until the following day which was Wednesday the original delivery day only to receive another email making up more excuses for the new delivery date of Friday. Now two days late. I called them up to explain how angry and frustrated I was with all of this. Only to be met with a company attitude of so what do you want the skip or not. No discount offered so I cancelled the order. Had to wait a full week for a refund. Iâll never use this service again.

Made a telephone query to ensure they could deliver on a specific date which they confirmed and I booked online. Later received a call to advise they couldnât deliver on the date they had previously confirmed. They did deliver early the next day but felt a bit let down. Collected on 8th day after delivery.

I would give zero stars if i could, I've had the skip on my drive for nearly 2 months, every time I call i am told the collection is next week, I have had to contact the walsall council.
