I Hate tax returns. Pay less tax removes a lot of stress

I've used payless tax for over 10 years and they take the stress out of doing tax returns online. The software is excellent and they are very swift to reply in the event of a query. Highly recommend

This is the second year I've used paylesstax.ie to file my Form 11 tax return. Thanks very much to Declan for all his helpful advice both years and for checking my figures before I submitted it. Well worth the €225!

Tax returns can be very daunting and overwhelming. The PayLessTax product makes it much easier to understand the mysterious world of taxing. Declan provided fantastic support patiently answering all my questions and explaining the processes in a prompt and professional manner. It helped me to understand complex stock calculations, forms to fill in and supported me substantially in submitting my returns for the past 4 years. I understand how some people who have never done a tax return before or some businesses might find this service useful. However, in any case, Plan 1 at the cost of €135 is not worth it. I've done tax returns by myself previously and decided to use this service this time around, as some of my circumstances had changed during the year that may have impacted my tax profile. So I emailed the owner with some simple questions (as I found the website layout and navigation to be hardly any clearer than the ROS website) to which I then got a one-liner answer and later on a comment that I hadn't "subscribed to a plan that included support". To another more specific question, I got the answer that it was a "very complex area of tax and [...] outside the scope of Paylesstax". Out of curiosity I went through all the steps, only to realise that I could easily have done with myself on ROS.ie. In previous years, I had also directed questions to ROS directly using the enquiry form and always found their answers to be clear and useful. Two stars instead of one as the owner was very prompt to reply, even on a Sunday.

The Paylesstax platform significantly reduces stress associated with Form 11, simplifying the process in plain English. It offers great value for money and excellent support. The team responded very quickly and followed up afterwards.

I moved to Paylesstax a number of years ago as this website is easy to use, very competitively priced and the staff are responsive, well informed and helpful.

I absolutely loathe the idea of sorting my taxes but Declan breaks it down into a more digestible level of neutrality. He speaks in plain English, lets me ask stupid questions (no such thing as a stupid question), and is very generous with his time. Declan has helped me with my taxes for two years in a row now and will hopefully help me until one of us dies. (I was going to say retired, but I’ll still need advice on my pension and credits then I reckon).
