Website not working.

Promised a notarized will at the end of the process and then provided NOTHING!

FastWill is a lifesaver! The guided process helped me complete my will in minutes, and support staff were friendly and responsive.

The platform made estate planning stress-free. My will and related documents were prepared quickly, and support staff answered all my questions patiently. Very satisfied with the overall experience.

We have tried continuously for weeks and weeks to get in contact with this company. We call during hours listed on the site only to hear a recording to call during business hours. On occasion if we do get a hold of Zach's sister (who answers the phone: “Hello” with no business identifier) who can’t help us. We’ve tried to do a contact support from the site to no avail. Even Zach himself said he would send an email; but didn’t follow up.

We have been putting this off FOREVER. The process was very fast and easy yet thorough. Even though this is an online will we were surprised at how detailed it was. They cover everything from pets, burial requests, and even additional requests like playing music at your ceremony!

This is a fantastic product. It is very user-friendly and gets the job done.
