Good shopping experience
Prompt online delivery and no fuss return in store.
I ordered 2 items, one of which doesn’t suit so it was returned. The employee in Belfast shop was very accommodating.
My refund also came on time.

Fatface shorts
Fatface products are always good in my opinion and these shorts didn’t disappoint.
Size good and quality spot on.
Their delivery isn’t up to Next in speed but I feel things will improve in that respect.

My last purchase was online and everything came promptly. I do like going into Fat Face shops too. My last in person shop with FatFace was in Belfast and the staff were really lovely. What I like about Fat Face is the quality of their clothes and the comfort too

I saw the shirt in Fatface shop in Belfast but unfortunately it wasn't in size required. I ordered it online & it was delivered within a couple of days. Great service. Thank you.

Big thanks and congrats to Julieann in Fatface Belfast. She was amazing, friendly helpful and professional. I felt like I had a 'personal Shopper' she was so kind with her time and efforts to help me. I write this not only to say thank you to Julieann but to also shine a light on her excellent customer care/ service and as a fine example to other companies of how to treat customers.
