The size 12 ordered was on the small side so returned it to the store in Belfast. Lovely assistant there managed to find the one remaining size 14 which was a returned item. She was very helpful and pleasant. Overall, am very happy with my purchase.

Love fatface but .…
love fatface but my experience yesterday evening was poor. Staff member who i think was management was waiting for me outside the fitting room door. I Had not made up my mind but felt pressured into making a decision and she took my item to the till for me. I just paid and left even though I wasn't finished browsing and shopping.

I sent for the comfy mens slippers
I sent for the comfy mens slippers, as I have a broad foot, and they arrived in pristine condition, very comfortable and Less than half price! So I am sure to purchase from her again in the future. Good Job.
