Very polite and extremely helpful in ordering exactly what I required

Always quick. Great staff in Bude Store.

Found a nice jumper on their website, not stocked in local store. Ordered it for delivery to store, arrived quickly and correctly. Happy customer.

I had to return some items. The staff were lovely and made the whole experience pleasant.

I telephoned on Tuesday and Kelly was extremely helpful about the return I wanted to make and the stock they had in that might suit me. As a result I visited the store at Burnham Deepdale on Wednesday to return my item and to hopefully find a replacement. It was easy to make the return and get a refund, and she found two items which might be suitable. Luckily the size 10, in a different colour to my return was ideal, fitted well and was so cosy. I will definitely be going back to this Fat Face again, thank you

I wanted to commend the amazing & lovely team at Just popped your BUDE store, bought a fab fleece… served by Sue, the Manager… she knew exactly what I suited & my size… I felt very looked after & such great personal customer service!!
The other ladies Sam & Alex were also very attentive!!

Fatface has some lovely things for winter season, good quality and when ordering online very quick delivery!

I like going into the Bude branch because I am never made too feel I am too old to shop there, as happens if you go to the branches in other places.
The staff are a great team, clearly get on well, helpful, not pushy.
And their lovely manager asks after my dog, makes me feel welcome.

My husband and I do like Fatface and often visit other branches but Bude stands out from the rest.

Visited Fatface in Bude today. Welcoming & friendly staff; our dog was v happy to receive treats from staff too! Good selection of both men’s & women’s clothing, in range of sizes. Bought a shirt for my husband.

We always visit this store when in Bude. Far better than my local store. Store layout and stock are really nicely presented to help you find the right outfit. Staff are always helpful and friendly too. Overall a really good shopping experience.
