Easy to navigate website and online ordering procedure. Efficient management and communication from FatFace. Quick notification for store collection. Polite and helpful staff at store when collecting. Overall, I will continue to use FatFace online services.

Great Service.
Even though it was very close to the end of the day, I received excellent service. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Disappointed
My experience with Fat Face was disappointing, I never received my order, even thro I was told it was delivered by someone on email. When I got through on the phone I was told that everything the person on the email had told me was wrong. I gave up in the end and asked for a refund. So I’m just waiting for that now. Let’s see if they can do that with any drama.
