I was in the FatFace in Ludlow in May and the sweetest young lady Natalie, sold me a multi raffia bag. I just wanted you to know when I got back to Texas, I have gotten so many compliments on that cute bag. Natalie is such an asset to your company. Very winning personality and very helpful.

HAPPY SHOPPER
One of my favourite shops. A great variety of clothes which are very good quality. The staff in Ludlow are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. A store I rate very highly.

Decent slippers.
I saw some slippers, that I was looking for, online. I went to the Ludlow store and they had them in my size, so I bought them. The assistant greeted me pleasantly, and the payment was straightforward. They are comfortable and good quality.
