Ordered online click and collect. Only problem encountered was the local store (Yarm) closed a while back so had to travel a bit further.
Goods we’re ready really quickly and I was kept updated with progress msg’s

The usual friendly
The usual friendly, yet wholly professional service that we have come to expect from FatFace.
Only disappointing point is that the company appear to have changed their sizing for mens chinos.

Collected item from shop. Although I showed the assistant my emailed confirmation, she still requested ID, thought a bit OTT.

Communication was excellent and product was up to usual Fat Face high standards. As it was a sale item delivery took 7 days so deducted a star.

Great products, good customer service and friendly staff.
I ordered a hoodie on line for a gift. The website was simple to use and customer service clear and prompt. The hoodie is an unusual design, which is why I chose it, and is beautifully soft and looks good quality. As always, the staff at Northallerton go out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

Online service was fantastic. Goods are excellent quality. In Northallerton we are fortunate enough to have a Fat Face store and the staff there are very helpful too.

Very happy with the dress and blouse I…
Very happy with the dress and blouse I ordered via click.and collect, good fit, vibrant colours. However, I was just handed the bag and, when I stated I would like to try on the items, no assistance was offered - I contrast this to my experience at Cotton Traders where the Assistant opened the bags, put each item on a hanger, accompanied me to a changing cubicle, hung up the clothes, and then, after I had tried things on, packed everything for me, which I class as excellent customer service.

I was able to collect my online order from my local FatFace store in Northallerton and I’m delighted that this option is available again. It is much more convenient for me and I have missed this service over the last few years. Thank you.
