Had a lovely experience at FatFace St Andrews. The store was well-organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A great selection of quality clothing in a relaxed shopping environment. Would definitely visit again!

Shop doors locked
Travelled 10 miles to collect parcel at 4pm today to find doors locked and sign saying ‘back soon’. I phoned shop at 4.20pm today to be told it might be 4.30-4.45 before open. I had a further appointment to go onto so therefore could not wait…..only hope my parcel is not returned before I’m able to travel to collect again! Very disappointed!

Unfortunately our store was closed for 15 minutes due to an unexpected fire alarm test that was taking place.

Fantastic service at this store
Fantastic service at this store - greeted with a smile by staff. One staff member was particularly helpful (J something?) when choosing a dress for my girlfriend. Got a very nice VW top too, will be back!

Fantastic Customer Service
I recently went to Fatface in St Andrews and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. I received great fashion advice from an employee, Kirsty, which made me feel much more confident in the clothes I purchased. Since then all my friends have complimented the clothes I bought. I will be going again.

I love shopping in the St. Andrews Fatface store. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Niamh and June went above and beyond to help me with my query when I was last in store. I will be back!

Just good quality clothing
Ordered online.....collected at St Andrews then spent more money. Staff are always friendly and very helpful. Fat face means good quality clothing and I like their donation clothes too. What a great idea.

Online order
I was able to try on my Fat face online order in store, and return an item that I chose not to keep.
For the zip up hoodie which I love and is so comfy, I had to get a refund and re buy it in the size I wanted to exchange it for.
Otherwise all good in the end.

What a great group of people…
What a great group of people that work in FatFace in St Andrews, cheerful, helpful, friendly and went out their way to help me. It makes the shopping experience so must better especially when you are disabled. One slight thing that should be noted by those at the top of the golden towers, a ramp at the door would make life a little better, if Costa coffee next door can do it, I am sure Fatface can spare £50!!
