Black Friday Overcoat
Quickly found the clothes I had ordered and gave them to me. It was a navy blue overcoat that was well fitting and warm and also a steal in the Black Friday Sale.

Great products and customer care
Great products and customer care. I had an issue with a product I bought online which was faulty and the customer care team (both in store and online) were able to assist very quickly and helpfully and they offered a solution I was happy with.

I collected my skirt from FATFACE at St Pancras Station, as it was convenient for me to do so. Great service. It was ready, there was none of that constant looking in boxes for my item.

Much too wide and terrible fit.
The click and collect service was very slow - almost a week and then not available till after 4pm.
And the shirt was much too wide and a very ugly shape - completely different from previous similar purchases.

At Pancras Station London very rude man working there now have the cheek to charge for a bag they rather loose a sale
Never have Fatface charged for bags also received a different reply from Fatface saying it was discretionery this prove your making excuses for bad customer services.
Also you use paper bags this came in as a plastic tax for carrier bags and also how do you not know customers reuse your bags also a t Christmas you put a pattern on them to be used as wrapping paper. You need to know your facts before you write poor excuses

From 21 May 2021, companies must charge a minimum of 10 pence a bag (including VAT) for single-use carrier bags.
I can confirm that we charge 20p for our carrier bags, and 100% of this is donated to the Charity, Shelter.
