I recently purchased a smart ring from this store and had a great experience. The ring arrived faster than expected, was well packaged, and looked exactly like the photos. The setup was simple, and the app connected without any issues.

I've been using it daily to track my activity, sleep, and heart rate, and everything works well so far. The ring is comfortable to wear and the battery life is impressive.

We brought two rings, but the one for myself (female) is just far too masculine. So I wanted to return. I totally understood I would have to pay return costs, but what they don’t mention is the return is to china and only using their courier which was DHL at a cost of over £50!! Which was the cost of the ring. Absolutely shocked and disgusted in this return/refund process.

Placed an order 10 days ago based on their 1-3 working day dispatch time. Hadn’t been despatched by the weekend (4 working days later) so emailed and asked to cancel my order but was told I couldn’t as it had already been handed over to the carrier and instead I would have to pay to return it after it arrived.
Now another 5 days have passed and my order has STILL not been despatched and they haven’t responded to my latest message (sent two days ago).
This is either a scam company at worst or very deceitful and unprofessional at best!
Will be taking this further with my payment provider to attempt to get my money back.
Please avoid! Very dodgy company indeed!
Also please ignore their response. This is not true, they’re not refunding me and have still not provided me with tracking info.

Something that stood out from other companies is their customer service! Nothing was too much trouble.
