FatPirate est plutôt satisfaisant dans l'ensemble, même si j'ai rencontré quelques difficultés pour charger certains jeux à plusieurs reprises. Leur service d'assistance a rapidement résolu le problème, et les retraits ont tout de même été effectués en moins de trois jours. Cela dit, ce n'était certainement pas une mauvaise expérience.

Eindelijk heb ik een keer wat gewonnen, maar ik wacht al sinds 21-11 op de uitbetaling. Staat nog steeds op under review uiteraard in de hoop dat je het terugboekt en verliest. Echt jammer dit.
En in de tussentijd kunnen ook de mensen van de live chat niet zeggen wanneer je nu eindelijk je geld krijgt. Er zou wel al meerdere keren aangeven zijn dat het met urgentie wordt opgepakt, maar blijkbaar is dat ook één grote leugen aangezien ik het na bijna 6 dagen nog steeds niet heb.

Update 2-12 er is nog steeds niks met de uitbetalingen gedaan 11 dagen na de eerste withdraw aanvraag. Allen staan nog steeds under review. Ondertussen hoor ik dagelijks dat het met voorrang wordt opgepakt.

2-12 na onderstaande reactie weer contact opgenomen en nu (na 12 dagen) binnen een dag mijn geld gekregen. Vandaar nu aangepast van 1 naar 3 sterren.

J'ai dû contacter le support une fois à propos d'un dépôt qui n'avait pas abouti. Ils ont été courtois et ont résolu le problème, mais le temps de réponse aurait pu être plus rapide, car il leur a fallu deux heures pour me répondre. Malgré tout, l'expérience a été satisfaisante et tout a été réglé.

Must have deposited $3k raw over the last several months. Now I wish to withdraw $300…its been 10 days with my withdrawal “Under Review” and no update or timeline. AI support agents tell you nothing. Finance dept tells nothing. I was hopeful this casino would be better and hope they can prove they are legit…I might expect this timeline for a $10,000+ withdrawal but c’mon, this is $300. Get it together.

Uso FatPirate da un po' di tempo e mi piace, anche se alcuni giochi ci mettono un'eternità a caricarsi. A parte questo, tutto funziona bene e i prelievi li elaborano in tempi giusti, il mio ha impiegato 4 giorni.

La mia recensione è assolutamente indipendente.
Ho avuto modo di contattare Fatpirate per un prelievo di 190 euro richiesto domenica e mi è stato risposto dall’operatore Benny che la tempistica è di 3/5 giorni e che la mia posizione risulta essere regolare e che il pagamento avverrà nei tempi stabiliti.
Al momento sono trascorsi 4 giorni e sono in attesa del pagamento ma posso affermare che il Sig. Benny con cui ho chattato si è mostrato molto gentile e rassicurante.
Forniro’ ulteriori dettagli quando verrà effettuato il pagamento della vincita.

I’ve been a VIP Level 4 customer at Fat Pirates Casino for some time. According to their own terms, higher VIP levels are meant to receive faster withdrawals - quicker than the standard 3–5 working days.
I requested a withdrawal of £1,000 on 27 October 2025, and as of 5 November 2025, it is still pending with no progress or updates.

On my withdrawal screen, my real balance shows £2,973.80, with the £1,000 withdrawal still listed as “processing.” It also claims that I can cancel the withdrawal by clicking the “cancel” button, I cannot, there is no cancel button. My withdrawal is locked in processing, I can not receive the £1000, nor my other winnings.

I’ve contacted my VIP manager, and live chat several times. The copy and paste and do nothing. I know their script inside out, my case is being give priority - that was 5 days ago.

Withdrawal requested: 27 October 2025
Status: Still pending after 9 days.
Support replies: Automated and repetitive

I will update this review if there is a change - why does Visa, Mastercard etc allow these casinos to take money instantly - and then take forever or never to pay out winnings.

Update – 11 November 2025:
I contacted Fat Pirates Casino as requested after their public reply here on Trustpilot. They promised “immediate action,” but nothing has changed. My £1,000 withdrawal from 27 October is still shown as “processing,” and I have not received any further updates or assistance from support or my VIP manager.

I’m happy to update this review if the issue is ever resolved, but at this point there’s been no visible progress despite multiple follow-ups.

Update 16th Nov – Paid in Full
After my review was posted, Fat Pirate eventually processed and paid my full withdrawal and winnings. It took longer than expected and required follow-ups, but everything has now been resolved. Thank you to those who read or marked the review as helpful.
