Faucher SOLUTIONS provided excellent carpet cleaning service for my son's move in. The associate came in got right to work and we were all amazing at the transformation of the carpet. We will definitely use their services again and we will refer them to all our friends and family.

Faucher solutions is my go to carpet cleaner. I’ve dealt with the owner and his crew for the last year and from carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning they never disappoint. It very hard to find a business that is honest and does what they say. But father solution gets an A PLUS IN MY BOOK every time.

I truly hate leaving negative reviews. But an employee of Faucher Solutions (formerly Veterans Carpet Cleaning) came to clean my carpet and didn’t bring his own water tank, which is standard. Instead he used the kitchen sink, and a hose that he connected to the pipe below must’ve slipped because there was water everywhere, soaking into and saturating the wooden cabinet containing the pipe and also a significant portion of the kitchen floor. I would have been forgiving even of that because mistakes do happen, but he didn’t inform me of the excessive water damage or offer to make it right when he was contacted about it, which is the bare minimum. I can no longer recommend this service.
