Great advice and template to guide me writing letter.
Dealer accepted my rejection within 13 days of receiving letter and refunded purchase, taking car back.

Really useful and reassuring. I didn't end up needing to use the full service as I got my refund from the dodgy dealer, but 100% would have continued for peace of mind and support.
Very simple platform to use and I liked the way that the data was compiled into an understandable position. Without a doubt, this helped me position my case with both the dealer and the finance company, all at a very reasonable price.

I found the response I received from Faulty Car so informative and supportive.
They outlined my position, options and next steps. I felt very reassured by their support and advice, it was so clear and precise. They provided an action plan for me to follow to resolve my issue and were more than happy to prepare initial correspondence to the garage.
Costs quoted was very reasonable for the service they were providing and well worth the money to take away the stress involved. Fortunately our garage came good and repaired my vehicle. I felt so empowered to challenge the garage based on the information I had received from Faulty Car. Thank you so much, I would have no hesitation is recommending your services.

I am having awful issues with a rogue trader car dealer who thinks he is "above the law". This is an ongoing issue, but FaultyCar.co.uk were incredibly reassuring and helpful. I received invaluable tips and information, even before I paid for anything! I would definitely recommend this company.

thanks for your offer to help i decided not to pursue the case further And the car company got away with selling me a lemon Lost over £7000

Losing that much on a car is a horrible position to be put in, and whether to keep fighting is a call only you could make. For what it's worth, consumer claims can be brought up to six years from purchase — so if circumstances ever change, the door isn't closed. I have decided to take on the dealer myself and have a case going before the courts in the near future. I therefore did not require the assistance of Faulty Car Co but the advice they gave was very helpful.

It was relatively simple to use this site but in the end I sold the car back to MG . It was a true lemon. Don't buy MG the UK CS team don't care at all about you is my experience.
They took 7 months and 7 goes with the car at the dealers for c 4 months and it still failed again.
