I purchased a set of Favero MTB pedals. The power meters have been brilliant and exceeded my expectations. I had a set of Garmin power meters but Favero knocked them out of the park. The quality build, ease of set up and use ensures that Favero power meters are the best available on the market! Why settle for anything less.

As a pro cyclist and e-cyclist I can "give my hand to the fire" for this brand because of accuracy, customer etc.
have it for 2 year already...more that 200files with dual or triple recording at the same time. Accurate data on e-cycling worlds

This is a review in two parts.

Favero Support, 1 star. I don't know whether Favero Support are accidentally or deliberately difficult, but I was unable to get actual assistance with a minor technical problem. A problem I'm now stuck with.

Would I recommend Favero Assioma Duo pedals ... probably. But be aware that if you experience technical issues after purchase, you're probably on your own.

Kupiłem Assioma PRO MX-1, aby ujednolicić pomiar mocy między treningami na zewnątrz a sesjami indoor. Obecnie używam ich z trenażerem Wahoo Kickr v5 i aplikacją TrainerRoad. Integracja jest wzorowa - funkcja PowerMatch w TR działa błyskawicznie, a opóźnienia w przesyłaniu danych praktycznie nie istnieją. Dzięki temu moje interwały są precyzyjne, a ja mam pewność, że waty na trenażerze są dokładnie tymi samymi, które widzę na moim Wahoo Bolt v3. Jeśli szukasz stabilności sygnału i powtarzalności wyników w treningu strukturalnym, MX-1 to strzał w dziesiątkę. Dodatkowo po ostatniej aktualizacji oprogramowania czas pracy na baterii ma wynosić do 160 godzin. Przy wielodniowych wyprawach to świetna informacja.

Uso Favero da ormai 2 anni, primo modello preso Assioma duo shi e adesso uso assioma pro rs2. Prodotto eccellente già il primo, ma con i pro rs2 Assioma si è superata. Addirittura con l’ultimo aggiornamento la batteria è passata da 60 ore a ben 160 senza perdere ovviamente la qualità e l’efficienza della pedalata. Esteticamente ancora più belli a parer mio. Imbattibili. Per me il top del top!! Qui non c’è da scegliere con altri competitor, e una garanzia e basta! TOP!

The product is excellent, I have had Favero pedals before and the new lightweight Pro RS-1 is no exception.

I had a small issue with FedEx surcharging me for local taxes but Favero actually called me to discuss it after I raised it with them, this is above and beyond service and shows they care about their customers. Thanks, appreciated.

We used this company recently and I must say this companys costumer service is impeccable. We had a problem and they rectified it professionally abs very efficiently.

Product looks great, not tried yet but thought i would review as unfortunately i have been stung by import tax to the UK. The website claims free shipping but you need to dive pretty deep to find they do not pay the import tax. I buy many products from within the EU and find that other companies make it much more clear what they do / do not include. Getting hit with £100+ FedEx bill is frustrating, do not buy direct if shopping in the UK.

I'm using the Pro MX duo for the MTB/XC and on the indoor Zwiftbike. Using them for one year now.

It helped me to a 49/51 - 50/50 left/right-balance.

Yesterday they deliverd the road pedal body's so I can use the same powermeter on my road bike.

€110 for the 2 pedals instead of a new powermeter @ +€700 :-)

I had considered a power meter setup for a few years but being of the older generation (now 71) I felt I wouldn't benefit enough to justify the cost, I use SPL not Look and I wasn't sure how the Q Factor would affect me after years of cycling.
Earlier this year I went mad and brought a new bike and following several reviews by GPLlama and DCRainmaker decided that as the new Assioma Pro RS resolved my concerns I ordered a pair too.
Due to it being winter here I put them on my trainer bike and have recorded my Zwift rides. A friend is a data anaylst and he had said the amount of data you get from power meter pedals is brilliant.
I know that at my age there are some things that won't change that much, like my PCO from +15 or more but I can see that although my left leg is weaker that both legs are producing the power within degrees of each other through the power phase.
I save my rides to Garmin Connect and have taken to downloading the CSV file for each ride which then enables me to compare certain data against each other.
Comparing prices to other power meters personnaly I think that the Duo RSs are an excellent product for the price and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone thinking of going down the power meter route.

Ho comprato i pedali pro mx2 specifici per MTB. Sono perfetti per l'uso XC. I dati forniti mi hanno subito aiutato a sistemare la pedalata oltre che a sistemare a dovere le tacchette. Si connettono facilmente al Garmin 530 e sull'app connect è possibile visualizzare tutte le informazioni. Comodi anche da montare e smontare in caso si vogliano trasferire da una bici all'altra.

I’ve been using their dual sided pedals for the entire cyclocross season this year and they’ve been flawless, even during some downright terrible conditions. I love that I’ll be able to switch these pedals over to my XC bike for the upcoming winter racing series here in California. Initial setup was easy, the price is extremely competitive compared to other options on the market, they hold a charge for a long time, and I’m pleased to report that I’ve had zero issues whatsoever so far. The only suggestion I have is that it would be nice if they included a split USB charging cord in the box with the dual-sided pedals so I don’t have to have two separate cords to charge both pedals at the same time, but that’s a very small nuisance.

The after sales service is simply outstanding. I had problems with my power pedals and contacted customer service. They were amazing. Initially, they tried to solve the problem remotely, but in the end, they sent me a brand new set of pedals, which was not expected. They were a delight to deal with.

After a disapointing first experience with Favero customer support, they corrected course and took the time to contact me personally over the phone. They rang to try to make this right and took onboard my concerns. the Issue has been fully resolved and it shows the company wants to make it right for their long term customers. Fast dellivery, very good build quality..Bought it because i didn't trust my other (crank)powermeter..I ride with it in sun and heavy rain...very easy to maintain..and the possibilty to calibrate yourself

A few months ago, I bought a pair of Favero Assioma PRO MX 2 power meter pedals on Vinted. They looked brand new, came in sealed packaging, and the seller claimed he had purchased them in Italy. Like many cyclists, I thought I was just getting a good deal on a high-end product.

A few rides later, the pedals suddenly stopped working. No warning, no crash, no damage, just dead. When I reached out to Favero support, I learned something shocking: these pedals were part of a lost shipment, in other words, a batch stolen before ever reaching the retailer.

According to Favero, the product was never paid for, and because of that, they refuse to repair or reactivate it under warranty. Their solution?
Pay €559 for a “special repair offer.”

To be clear:
• I bought the pedals in good faith from a reseller on a mainstream platform (Vinted).
• I am not the thief. I am just a cyclist who happened to buy a stolen unit without knowing.
• Favero’s response is basically: “Tough luck. Pay again.”

They admit the product was stolen from their own supply chain, yet the punishment falls on the end customer. The pedals are blocked by software and cannot even be factory reset. So whether intentional or not, Favero’s anti-fraud measures end up hurting legitimate users, the people still buying and promoting their brand.

I even proposed a fair compromise: send them the pedals, pay a reasonable fee, or trade for a cheaper model. No flexibility. Just a copy paste policy.

So yes, Favero got scammed. But now, so did I, and probably others.

If you are buying Favero pedals second hand, be careful.
Even if they look new, even if they work at first, they could be remotely deactivated later, and you will be left with nothing.

Watch out, because when Favero gets scammed, you might be the one paying the price.

Leider mass der Sensor bereits nach ca 4 Monaten und wenig Gebrauch, utopische Werte aus.
Der eigentliche Ärger war aber die unglaublich langsame Bearbeitungszeit von über 2 Monaten in welchen ich über 12 Emails mit Datenauswetungen und mit Screenshots schreiben mussten.
Das ist einfach ein miserabler Kundensupport.

Ich ahbe neue Favero Assioma Pro MX Pedale geschenkt bekommen. Diese scheinen von anfang an defekt zu sein, werden sowohl in der Favero App erkannt als auch im Garmin Edge, liefern aber keine Messdaten. Der Support antwortet nun auch nach 4 Geschätstagen nicht, das ist mal richtig enttäuschend.
