Purchased item on 5th Sept. Still have not recieved it, neither have I got a response from them!! Taken my money, and no further updates since.

Ordered item over 10 days ago, took payment straight away, still no update on item and response via email, Instagram and Facebook. Avoid at all costs, obviously a scam.

Avoid! This is a drop shipping company. The items arrived a month later directly from Ali Express, even in Ali Express bags. Bad quality, cheap items and they DO NOT respond to emails requesting return. This type of business should not be allowed!

Avoid!!!!! Ordered a cardigan paid £22.50. It took a month and 5 days to arrive. Quality is appalling. Emails and Instagram messages ignored and I’ve now found the exact cardigan selling on Ali express for £5.99- with the same picture they use for advertising!!! Rip off!!!!

Ordered the item, got a confirmation email and the money was taken… the end. No tracking information, no reply to emails, no reply to instagram. Iv reported to my bank in hopes to get my money back as I have no idea when it’s due or if it will ever be dispatched as there’s no customer service staff clearly 😂. Is it a scam? I don’t know. I thought it looked legit with all the followers and stunning pictures but something is deffo off!

Ordered item a month ago. No tracking info. Doubt I'll ever receive item...

The quality is terrible, the bunny pom pom elastic broke as soon as I tried to attach to the button, the smell of the product is terrible, no label, no packaging, just strain in a plastic bag as ic I bought if from vinted on second hand deal. The delivery took ages , very cute the idea and great pics, makes the product sell. I’ll keep the product as is too much hassle to return.

I ordered a Easter bunny dungarees for my daughter beginning of February and it still hasn't come. I'm not sure the tracking information is even legitimate..

Avoid !!!! this company at all cost.i ordered a bunny jumper for my granddaughter on 28th January,it turned up today on 21st of Feb, cheap nasty goods ,I won't ever use them again ,lesson learnt. The Chinese label was on the outside of the jumper, quality was shocking,horrible wool (not even wool) .no invoice note or card or anything to say it was from the company faye and lyla .wish I read reviews first .sorry I won't be following such a sham of a company on socials anymore .

How this company is still afloat is beyond me. I'm sorry I didn't read reviews before I ordered. Still not received an item ordered at beginning of February and I found the same item on a Chinese website at half the price. It's clearly shipped from china and this "company" is just a middle man. I tried to cancel my order immediately but surprise surprise I got no response to my email. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and received a refund.

Quality of goods shocking quality,placed order nothing came together sizes all wrong site looks high end its cheap chat dont buy from this company we waisted £70.00 for things for our granddaughters birthday very very disappointed
I also thought the stuff was from a cheap site like shein.co.uk and sold for double the price lesson learnt should of read the reviews never again

Ordered a top for my grandaughter on 24th Jan, just arrived today , nothing like the garment advertised and nit worth £24.99 , cheap and tatty, very disappointed, never again , lesson learnt🤨

Have waited 3 weeks so far for a jumper, I emailed and messaged on Instagram to get an update and no reply, I believe the shop app updated just last week. I then went on shein to find they sell the exact same jumper for half the price! If you have no customer service skills then you’ll loose customers,

I have edited it for you however fortunately for you I can’t post a photo of my collage I’ve just made of your item and the exact same on shein for half the price.

It’s also hilarious how you can reply to a bad review but not your emails or Instagram messages from your PAYING customers and funnily enough I can’t send back something that STILL hasn’t arrived!

This company is a joke and I would advise anyone to avoid it

Don't bother, they are selling Ali express/ shein type of kids cloths charging 3x 5x and even 10x more!!!
Seen co ord for £3 on AliExpress, £29.99 at their page!!! It takes weeks for the item to arrive but they will respond to you that item are being unique that's why the wait, yeah if unique is cheap Chinese, think before ordering from them!

Terrible communication. Waiting for a Christmas present that was ordered nearly two weeks ago and no updates or responses to my emails or social media. Very disappointing. I will have a very upset niece with one less present.

Love this store, bought my son a Christmas knit jumper, gorgeous on, no issues ordering or recieving will definitely be following for future purchases.

I’ve bought a few things from Faye and Lyla, and it’s always been great quality, personalised gifts for all the family.
Speedy posting too! Would highly recommend.

I ordered a jacket for my granddaughter over 3 weeks ago that hasn’t arrived. I am now away until after Xmas. I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered! Don’t be fooled by the professional looking photos on instagram. Their products are sourced and sent from China!

Where on your website does it say your items are made in China? Where does it say they are sent from China? You have stated worldwide as you know if you inform potential customers they are from China, they probably won’t purchase. You only have to read your reviews to see how many dissatisfied customers you have. Definitely outnumber the few satisfied ones. You sent me a tracking number that doesn’t work! Stop scamming people and be honest!

Couldn’t be happier with my purchase, everything was true to its word.
Will be purchasing from this site again for Christmas.
