I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I tried to cancel my order the day after I ordered it and was completely ignored, despite sending multiple emails to cancel. They completely railroaded me and sent it anyway. After reading these reviews I don’t like my chances of returning the items once and if they get here. Don’t use them. Terrible people!

The clothing is nothing like the images on the website. Do not buy from this factory. They are cheap imitations.

I never received the order and it has been over two months with the Post Office not knowing where it went. That is bad! I have asked time and time again for a refund if they cannot find my order.
Not happy!

I received part of my order. Poor quality, did not fit. Ordered 2 pants same size, both didn't fit in different ways. On contact they wanted photo. They then offered discount on next order. I said I needed refund for unreceived items and they did not comment. The most recent comment is that if they need to send my claim to the returns depart for consideration it will take another month at least. I am still waiting for a reply after telling them to forward for consideration. Do not buy from this company.

The shirts and leggings that I received are a cheap knock off version of the images posted on their site. The size dimensions do not match the description advertised, so the items are too large. The sleeves are different, the images are blurry, and the material is cheap, unbreathable, and shiny. They refuse to allow you to return the items and give you the run around. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Additionally, I did a reverse image search of some of the clothing that they are selling and found multiple sites using the exact same images of supposedly "copyright" protected designs. They are all running the same fraud. Buyer beware, do not waste your money.

Ordered one of the dresses pictured. I was not expecting good quality but it was for a fancy dress event so not important.
Instead of a long black dress I received a beige shirt of extremely poor quality.
Contacted seller and ask to allow 5-7 days as their return process is complex!
Waited, no reply so opened a PayPal dispute. Seller then offered 50% refund and I keep the item which I refused, they then asked me to return it at my own expense. I told them twice that under UK law I should not be financially disadvantaged for their breech of contract but they still asked me to return at my expense.
I then esculated the issue to PayPal who refunded in full immediately.
