I have made withdrawal 10 days go still on pending

Yorh hai spreads is wide on I open a buy on gbp/usd I enter at 1.33892 it open on 1.33917 my trade open immediately in a drawdown on minus r10 beside it were a micro account couldn’t open trade from 0.01 only 0.1 up so this broker is a no go couldn’t even open xauusd so nope never putting money into this broker again

If you know what best for you don't trade with FBK markets my withdrawal never came in they kept declining it and then said i must try another withdrawal method #Bitcoin as an international clients can't withdraw with EFT till today my case is taken into investigation and not response. Total scam!

The broker is just a scam all together, support is non existent, markets are manipulated, withdrawals are delayed or never paid at all. Their 100% deposit accounts are the worst, they will clear your balance without even reaching your stop loss even if you risked 10% of your balance and that has happened to me twice. Stay away from the broker people trust me, even that so called DJ Coach doesn't trade with FBK which should tell you that it's a scam.

Scam not regulated

I once joined with 800ZAR and got into some group for signal later the group is nowhere to exist but channels weh we cannot send messages. They keep increasing money for joining and promising nothing. Since then I don't know what to do and there's no refund once you join you joined no refunds

I deposited R665 using Bitcoin Wallet, money out but no reflection into my MT4, somehow they say declined but money deducted, this happened months before this but it was R50 so I had no issues, now again.... I'm so disappointed..u can't say declined & still deduct.Contacted support, no reply. please help

Never had a problem with the broker. Fastest withdrawals I've seen. I'd recommend you use micro accounts. No complaints at all.

I made a deposit of R200 at fbk on may and to this day the money is not at my trading account but the deposit was successful and the cash went out of my bank. Everytime I contact them they keep telling me matter will be escalated to the finance department until to this day and it's been months now fbk are scammers and they steal from people

I never struggled with my withdrawals instead since i have been a client for long time it is the broker that showed me how to build my consistency through not depositing big funds and that thought me that skill is more than important than have big funds to trade, because even if you have big funds without the sharp skills, you might loose all your funds.

Do not trade currencies with this broker, use it to trade gold only. The spreads are crazy horrible on currencies and good on gold.

Fbk market take care of their supporters just like me I was helped by Thokozile and she/he very supportive and helpful

I don't think will be a good thing to trade and withdraw your fund as fast as possible. Their support agents don't care to help you well because they take a long time to respond to the chat. Did my withdrawals on Friday 19-04-2024 using skrill but still Monday now 22-04-2024 time 19:00 no sign of my money. On their website they say skrill is instant without knowing want instant means.
Use them with your own risk.
