If anybody wonders about fcp euro and…

If anybody wonders about fcp euro and purchases online . I brought a alternator oem for my Benz perfect fit and some other parts sensors as well , all fit perfectly and are oem ,fast shipping ,and I really like how they box your package up it’s secure from damage .
Most importantly there products are correct for foreign cars

The kindest and most understanding…

The kindest and most understanding customer service ever. There was an issue with me misunderstanding something on the website and I ordered the wrong part. Crystal made the whole process super easy and quick and also helped me find the correct part. FCP euro has unmatched customer service.

Wrong part shipped by PCP, no return shipping

I ordered windshield wipers from FCPEuro and gave specific information because I knew they were hard to find. When delivered, they were the wrong parts. Most of the sellers I've dealt with pay return shipping when the error is theirs. FPC Euro does not, which meant return shipping was almost as much as the cost of the parts. I'm disappointed in their service, and would encourage others to look around for other suppliers that guarantee return shipping on their mistakes. I will in the future.

First time Volvo owner..

First time Volvo owner... first time FCP customer/order. I do all my own maintenance on my vehicles and did a quick search on where I could find oil change kits for Volvo. Came up with a few, but the FCP website and instructional videos sold me. I'm an amsoil customer and I think their site is one of the best to order oil for your vehicle. FCP is just as good and that's saying a lot.

I also appreciated an email from the CEO. Granted.. these are automated, but it does take time to think about that and shows they do care about customer service. For as long as I own the Volvo, I'll be using FCP for my maintenance needs.

Service is always helpful and friendly

Service is always helpful and friendly. One time, the person went out of his way to identify a part that FCP Euro did not carry and showed me where I could get this part at ECS Tuning, a competitor. Very nice of him. Returns are easy and hassle free.

Shipping times and website could be better

Their parts selection is pretty good. Their lifetime replacement is nice. Main complaint is their shipping is slow, communication response is not always great, and website not showing what's in stock. A couple times, I've ordered and I had to email or call several times to find out that part of the order isn't in stock and so they don't ship out the rest of the order unless you explicity ask them to. And when you do, it still take another day. Other retailers are much faster to ship out.

For ease of receiving parts, whenever possible, we mail completed orders in as few shipments as possible to avoid confusion. I'm sorry to hear if we missed our mark regarding shipping times, as we aim for quickness and efficiency while targeting the promised delivery dates we provide during checkout. Additionally, all of our items that are in stock and ready to ship are notated with an "In Stock" icon near the price. However, items that are not will have a "Ships in X business day" instead, which indicates the lead time on a product before it can ship out. We are always willing to help, so if a request is made to split-ship an order, our team will work hard to fulfill it to the best of our abilities.

That said, we were unable to locate your account based on your review. I purchased coilovers from FCP Euro

I purchased coilovers from FCP Euro, but the details on their website were inconsistent with what I received. I reached out to BC Racing to inquire about the correct coilovers and request that they ship me the correct ones since they directly ship the coilovers to me. Apparently, FCP Euro made an error in the order, resulting in BC Racing shipping me the wrong coilovers. Despite receiving shipment dates from FCP Euro, it’s been more than a week, and FCP Euro hasn’t shipped the correct coilovers yet.

I was recommended by my Mechanic …

I was recommended by my mechanic to buy my parts here, plus if you spend over $49 your shipping is free, My Order was $250, the Free shipping is done by the worst shipping company out there with terrible reviews for delivery service, I guess free means Crap service,This free delivery service has a long history of poor service why FCP Continues to use them is beyond me.. Follow up with FCP was equally as bad with no follow up, I had to call again as no answer the next day and the promise to ship out last night by fedex no tracking number came as promised.. told FCP if order isn’t on my doorstep as the delivery service said tonight I’m calling for a refund … A really Bad experience for a first time customer and my last time,

Update Specified Delivery was the 14th from the carrier, according to the tracking and the tracking never Updated, Delivery arrived on the 16th the driver said it arrived from in Texas that day, parts came from the Arizona location … this shopper that FCP Euro uses has a bad Reputation for customer service and tracking issues like I had experienced, I don’t understand how FCP Continues to use this poor service provider, Plus follow thru with FCP WAS EQUALLY POOR

Reliable, Stands Behind Their Product

FCP Euro came highly recommended from a relative who buys regularly. I've made two purchases recently, the first one went well but the second order arrived poorly packaged. After reporting the problem, FCP Euro came through with replacement items and a label so I could return the items affected by poor packing. Based on that I am giving 5 stars and will keep buying. Thank you Anthony for getting the problem promptly addressed.

Ok company

Sometimes prices are higher than they are at the dealer; the shipping is horrible - those are the weaknesses.
But overall highly recommend this company and their products are great excellent as well as customer service.

Absolutely the Best customer service!!!!

Every time I've dealt with them they are GREAT! I had a part that was leaking on my Audi and it was at their 30 day cutoff- Not only did they honor the warranty claim, they Fed-Ex'd a replacement part to me overnight. Previously I've called them to check part fitment. they checked fitment via my VIN and they sent me a parts diagrams to ensure we had the right item while I was on the phone with them, then they dropped it my account-all I had to do was say Okay. This is how a business should be run! Yes I'm raving-because every interaction has been spectacular!!

Lies lies and more lies

When I paid for my parts they gave me a delivery date. When I called on that delivery date I was assured I would have the part that day. That never happened. When I contacted them the next day the manager lied to me and told me my part was out for delivery today. USPS tracking says otherwise. I have been lied to multiple times by this company.

Thanks for reaching out to us here via this review. My name is Brandon, the manager you spoke with both times via phone.

You completed your order on 3/13 at 2:33 PM, and at the time that you placed your order with free shipping, we quoted an estimated delivery date of 3/19. The order confirmation email that was sent right after the order was placed also shows an estimated delivery date of 3/19. We shipped your order on 3/13 via USPS tracking number 9200190372712700671888, and it was delivered on 3/19 at 12:34 pm.

When you contacted our team on 3/18, the USPS tracking information showed that the package had gone out for delivery a day earlier than expected. This is visible by visiting USPS and checking the tracking number, and clicking on "see all tracking history", where it shows "Out for Delivery READING, PA 19607 March 18, 2026, 6:55 am". This was relayed to you by one of our agents; however, USPS failed to deliver on 3/18 despite saying it was out for delivery.

Earlier today, the tracking information changed and showed "Processing at USPS Facility READING, PA 19612 March 19, 2026, 7:04 am", and later it showed "Processing at USPS Facility READING, PA 19612 March 19, 2026, 7:43 am", before finally updating to "Delivered, Front Door/Porch READING, PA 19605 March 19, 2026, 12:34 pm".

When we spoke (about 30-60 minutes before the package was delivered), I relayed to you that the package was still in the hands of USPS, and although it did not get delivered yesterday, we were hopeful that USPS would deliver to you today, on 3/19, the delivery date given to you in the confirmation email. I offered to reship the order, and acknowledged the earliest a new shipment could arrive was tomorrow 3/20. You called in a second time, to which you stated we had lied to you, and I clearly stated that our calls were recorded, and at no point did I, or any other individual, mention it is guaranteed to deliver today; Nevertheless, it did deliver shortly after our phone call, on 3/19, as I had noted was very likely.

To reiterate, our team did not attempt to lie or deceive you at any point, and all factual information was provided to you during each of your 3 calls, including the 2 requesting management.

Receiving wrong parts

This is the second time in less than a year that FCP Euro has sent me the wrong parts. This time, I’m returning rear rotors that weigh nearly 45 lbs., which means I have to take the box to FedEx office so I get my money back for the wrong parts they sent me. In addition, I had to pay extra $120 for the correct parts from a local warehouse. I keep hearing that I shouldn’t have to pay for shipping the wrong parts back, yet they found it as a “favor” to me, and I had to pay for shipping for their mistake.
When speaking to sales / customer service team members, they always mention that the conversation is being recorded for quality purposes. I’m left wondering who actually listens to these conversations, and if they do, what actions are taken as a result.

Overall, it’s been a horrible experience, and I’ve had enough. One thing is certain: I will no longer be ordering parts from FCP Euro, especially considering I own 3 German cars. Hopefully, someone who cares about customers will read these reviews and do something for the remaining customers.
