From the very beginning, Fernalls provided a superb service. I was particularly impressed with their communication - I was updated promptly and regularly. I would certainly use their services again.

Very helpful in arranging viewing at short notice - brokered the deal well and kept us informed when needed. Felt we were in safe hands with someone who understood the area's housing stock in detail.

Richard stood out for us compared to the multiple estate agents we saw in Chester when buying a house. He lets you take your own time without any pressure and provides a personalised service which is second to none. He offers good advice and his pricing is fair but reasonable and the results were shown in how quickly our house was sold (within 10 days)!
