Terrible Customer Service
Ordered 2 shirts and got a notification that it’s been shipped. Estimated delivery date was October 28th. I didn’t receive any notification that there was an issue with shipment. I emailed fearofgod email and requested status of shipment. It’s been 5 days and no response. Don’t buy from online. Pathetic customer service.

Mainline Products Don’t Match cost + Bad Customer Service
This is solely in regards to mainline products after the 6th collection. Have had issues with the Fear Of God rubber tags (think they said at one time it was leather but that was disproven) on the back coming undone, rips in clothes with minimal wear and overall bad quality control. Still like a lot of clothes but there are a lot of issues. Customer service is notoriously bad but I've had a few good experiences. Most recently I received a price match on a final sale item during the Eternal V2 sale after there was a price drop within an hour of me buying the product. Also cancelled a final sale order after I realized I bought the wrong size. However, responses can take several days and not always helpful. I've asked about a specific product, like if a jacket has any weather resistance or if a pair of pants has extra fabric for the hem to be let out, and unless you can prove you bought directly from the Fear of God website, they say to ask the seller. This is true even if bought from an authorized reseller. Very unhelpful customer service who either don’t know anything about the products and/or don’t want to take responsibility. No idea why a reseller would know more a product than the manufacturer. Like a lot high fashion companies, prices go up but quality goes down. An overall mixed bag but mainly negative.

I purchased an Essentials T-shirt and followed the exact care instructions provided—washed inside out at 20°C and air dried. After just one wash, the shirt shrunk by about 4cm in length, making it noticeably shorter and unwearable.
I reached out to Fear of God directly, expecting some support or at least an explanation about whether this level of shrinkage is considered normal. Instead, I received a careless, dismissive response telling me to speak with the retailer I purchased it from.
It’s disappointing that a brand like Fear of God refuses to take any responsibility for the quality or durability of its own product and chooses to push the issue onto retailers instead of standing behind what they sell. I wasn’t asking for much—just accountability and an honest answer.
It’s not just about the T-shirt, it’s about the principle. If Fear of God can’t even engage with a basic quality concern, it makes me think twice about ever buying again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased from here. I bought a hoodie for my granddaughter a full 5 weeks before Christmas. When it did not arrive before Christmas or even the week after I emailed the company. Only then did they say it was shipped and on its way. Then after receiving the product and after it was washed, the lettering started peeling really bad. When I emailed the company they basically said they do not warrant their product if it's been laundered. I guess that means you get to wear it one time and hope for the best.

You will never get your refund for your return! I exchanged a pair of sweatpants on 12/25/26 for another size. They said they’d make an exception, charges me for the new pants, and sent another pair. Told me it would take 7-14 days to process the pants that were returned, after 30 days they still had not released the funds. Then they said they did and it’s my banks fault and to ask them where my $ is. This company has terrible customer service and has scammed me out of $100+!

She never even wore it. $70 down the drain. Save your money.
