I ordered a personalised charm for my mum with her cat who had passed away. The actual charm was lovely! She was really happy with it. They made a special effort to get the charm delivered really quickly too. Great service and great quality. 100% recommend!

I ordered some cufflinks with my Dad's ashes as a gift for my brothers wedding day. I was unfortunately not 100% happy with the colour (I take responsibility for this, as in hindsight I should have emailed after ordering to ensure I got exactly what I envisioned, as I am very anal when it comes to things of sentimental value) anyway, I contacted straight away and Matt replied quickly and offered to remake them for me. The customer service and care I received throughout has honestly been second to none. I have probably been the fussiest customer that Matt has ever or will ever come across. But Matt dealt with me with nothing but pure compassion and sincerity. It is extremely clear that he really cares about what he is creating and the value behind them! I received the remade cufflinks today and I could not be more over the moon if I tried, they are just wonderful, they really capture the colour of my Dads eyes beautifully!!! I will be recommending Feathering's to everyone and I will 10000% be back again to purchase more in the future. Thank you Matt, I really appreciate you putting up with my constant fussiness and for creating the perfect gift for my brother. I cannot wait to give them to him!!!

Really fantastic customer service. Friendly owner who replies to any queries quickly and professionally. I ordered some photos to fit into my locket necklace. The order was lost in the postal system (so not at the fault of Fetherlings). When I raised this with Fetherlings, they immediately sent out a replacement order at no extra cost. The photos are also great quality and exactly what I wanted. Great company who I would readily use again. Many thanks.

I got two welded bracelets from Featherlings and love them. Matt is super friendly, helpful and had great attention to detail. I initially approached him as I had two sentimental charms that needed new chains and Matt was more than happy to oblige and no request was too much. I’ve had welded jewellery before from other places but really enjoyed and am super happy with Featherlings. Will continue my collection there as I loved the selection chains too!

I ordered a photo charm and when it arrived I wasn't happy with the photo I'd chosen, I emailed them and I sent it back and chose a different photo it was completely my fault as the first photo wasn't of a good standard. They replaced the picture for me and got it back to me in record time . They made no issue of it and we're so helpful would highly recommend them I now have a perfect picture charm yo treasure for ever

I had a ring made with my Dads ashes who passed away last October. I am very pleased with my beautiful ring. I would certainly use them again as they made the process very easy with the fact everything is still so upsetting. My ring has given me a bit of comfort knowing I have part of my Dad with me everyday. Thank you Featherlings.

Outstanding company I will be ordering more, Matt is fantastic. The whole process was handled with love and care and the way you receive the items is so thoughtful, you feel there has been so much thought put into the whole process and I absolutely love my charm, I can carry a bit of my beloved dog with me at all times, thank you again.

Had a fab hour this morning getting our bestie bracelets fitted. Matt did a full consultation with us both, and carefully fitted the chains we chose checking with us constantly on the fit. I would like to say a massive thank you to Matt at Featherlings for the beautiful ashes jewellery he made for me.
I ordered the silver heart ring and the silver heart pendant they arrived beautifully packed in a box with a certificate,a little keepsake with ashes in it, also a cleaning cloth. Once Matt had received the ashes my order was delivered within a week.
All through the process from ordering to being delivered nothing was a problem to Matt.
If you're thinking of ordering from this company please do not hesitate you will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful welcoming time when my daughter’s , grand daughters , any myself decided to have some permanent jewellery to celebrate us all being together. The experience was professional friendly and very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend.
