My experience with Federal Management and their property income debt collection service was very positive. From my initial call with Linda to finally receiving all outstanding monies owed, they were highly professional, courteous and helpful. I would recommend their services wholeheartedly.

I had a personal debt that the team helped me with, the debtor was in another country. There were issues with the debt recovery letter getting to the debtor and caused delays in recovering the debt - but this was largely due to delivery company - I suggest they should use DHL rather than standard Royal Mail especially for international post.
I had to chase a few times during the process but eventually got the debt repaid.

Keith was consistent and constant support and communication with updated.
Received all of the money that was due to us.

£60 to right 2 letters . Federal desk managment couldnt recover from a broken finger nail.

Waste of time and added £60 to my eisting losses just to say they couldnt help as under £1000.
Ie not enough profit for them.
Reported to trading standards.

We asked Federal Management to collect 2 debts for us. We haven't had any success in the past with Debt Collectors but they succeeded in recovering both debts. Staff were professional and very helpful.

Excellent service from this professional company. Have never needed to use collecting services before but this company were extremely efficient and kept us updated through the entire process. Fortunately, their initial actions with the debtor resulted in full payment around 3 weeks after their first action (this debt was over 6 months overdue) so we are very pleased. I initially called Federal Management to get some advice on fairly large sum of money that was owed to me, and that I thought I might struggle to recover myself.
I spoke to a great guy, Tony Meadows who gave me some fantastic advice, and gave me a plan of action going forwards. He was confident that with his help, I would have no problem getting my money back.
Fortunately, in the time between me talking to Tony, and the date we set to start proceedings, I managed to secure an agreement in writing that I would get all of my money back.
I discussed this with Tony, and he was happy that I had secured the agreement and that if for whatever reason the agreement fell through, that he would be there for me.

Spoken to Linda Taylor today regarding a debt owed to me as I was unsure where to go with it, linda was extremely helpful with he knowledge and guidance and it was very much appreciated.

Our Business Insurer declined to take on our £16k bad debt case on the grounds that the prospects of success were less than 51%. A few months later Federal Management reviewed the case and confidently took it on and secured a full recovery 6 weeks later.

Good team, if you work with them then they work with you. They brought a bad debt under control, established a payment plan with the debtor covering the original debt plus our legal costs plus interest, together worth almost £3,500. The debtor settled the remaining balance in full after just 17 months of the 45 month repayment plan.

Got paid in the end and the process worked, but communication could've been a bit faster
