This Company achieved in 3 Weeks, with monies paid in full, what I have not been able to achieve in 9 Months.
I have been trying to get Long Overdue Payment for Scaffolding Works carried out in 2023-24. The company involved would not even reply to emails. Leanne and the Team got involved, with the result which they promised. I would most certainly recommend to others. If you are dealing with Clowns , get the Ringmaster involved.

wow what a company i spoke with a gentleman called Tony, very down to earth and talked through the debt collection process. did not ask foe any fees. spoke in plain English and even went to the trouble of what to do if the customer does not pay with a PDF of the debtors details. make this your first call thank you very much Tony

I am disappointed with the service. After initial prompt contact, I had to follow up about 90% of the time. Tony mentioned sending a letter before action, but didn’t respond to my inquiry about also sending an email. I paid £60, but the results were underwhelming and the letter was not signed. Despite updating Tony and following up twice, I received no response. I am switching to another service as their efforts in international debt collection seem inadequate.

Following on from the below response which is factually incorrect from Federal Management and quite disappointing by the company to choose this option rather than see this as a learning curve. I then received an email requesting that my refund needed further information before it could be paid. I thought there was some error in the bank details so was genuinely concerned. However when I called, firstly they apologised for messing up, which was appreciated. Then it turned out that they wanted me to remove the negative review and applied pressure for me to do so. I refused as that defeats the entire point of using this service. Thank you to Trust pilot and upholding the review and maintaining the integrity of the platform and allowing individual to voice legitimate concerns when they occur when companies such as these do not perform their services satisfactorily.

This firm is highly professional, responsive and offer excellent advice and solutions at very competitive rates. This is the second time I have used Federal Management and the overall experience has been excellent. Highly recommended.

Looking for a debt collector, I didn’t want to just jump in and use the top sponsored Google ranks, not a fan of businesses that pay to get to the top!
So I went to Trustpilot and looked for reviews. This lead me to choose Federal Management and thankfully it turned out to be a great choice.
The feedback was very good and it turned out to be very accurate.
I have only used a debt collection company once before and that was over twenty years ago, so was a bit wary of the process.
I have to say everything was very smooth, from the first phone call their staff were very professional and everything was explained in great detail. There was no pressure on me to go ahead, I was left to take in the information they provided and to choose the option that suited me best. I decided to go ahead with them and 10 days later the debt has just been paid in full.
That is exceptional service and I am of course very pleased with the outcome.

If any other small businesses out there have bad debts, I urge you to do something about it. Don’t let people get away with not paying you!

A Lot of the time it’s people with plenty of money who do this deliberately knowing that some businesses will just write it off.
The company we had to chase for this debt, we have dealt with for around 12 years (since they started trading), who have always been so friendly and reliable who I was fully confident would always pay, suddenly under new ownership (multi millionaire) refused to talk to us or answer emails about an outstanding debt!

We have worked with Federal Management for few years and they are brilliant at providing debt recovery services for all areas of our corporation. Couldn't wish for a better tailored service and they normally recover much more than we expect from each ledger referred to them. We are based out of the UK. It was the first time we have an unpaid debt and chose to hire Federal Management. FM are highly reliable and recommended- they managed to collect 100% of our client debt of over 20,000 USD. The fees charged are very reasonable, also compering to legal fees. Excellent work with Tony and his professional team in recovering the full debt of our UK client.

Federal Management have provided our company with excellent B2B debt recovery services for a long number of years now.

They are very efficient and operate well with our own in house financial controller. Everything is taken care of once we pass an account over, even through to court enforcement or insolvency action.

We had used other debt collection firms in the past and none of them were anywhere near the levels of Federal Management in respect of professionalism, service level, cost and results. Truly professional and driven are the superlatives that spring to mind.

The particular issue that I currently have with a CCJ they could not help with due the small amount of money owed. However their response to my online enquiry was very quick and the advice given was both informative and helpful. If I ever need the services of a debt collection agency in the future, these guys will be my first port of call. Excellent customer service.

Good, fast correspondence and managed to get my debt paid before 7 days of letter being issued.

Terrible experience. We paid them in full for their services and are now trying to recoup some if not all of our funds back. We have had to chase their manager Tony Meadows on multiple occasions to no avail. He apparently is doing an 'investigation' and was supposed to get back to us over 2 weeks ago, he then responded saying that he'd been on holiday and would respond within 48 hours, that was over a week ago, we have sent emails and have had no response. Please do not make the mistake of going with this firm for collections, their lack of professionalism is unbelievable!
