Quick reply to sort duplicate order
I had a great experience with freedme customer support tonight. I ordered from the Blue Orchid and all went fine but then I saw there was a double charge on Apple Pay for the exact same order and I remembered that when I paid the first time I didn't get an order confirmation so had to pay again and it then went onto the next page to confirm order placed. I sent them an email earlier and within an hour they came back and confirmed they would refund the duplicate charge so cannot argue with that and definitely encourages me to use them again
