Great product support
Unfortunately I received a defective doppel and never could get it to work properly. Part of the problem was my Samsung phone. I was extremely impressed with the efforts made to help me--Georgina couldn't have been more responsive. In the end I returned the doppel. There are often unforeseen problems with new technology, and do not think the fact that the doppel I received was defective is a reflection of the overall quality of the product. I was impressed when the doppel was working but simply did not have the patience to continue trying to make it work--and wasn't willing to get a new phone. I may well purchase another doppel when I have a new phone and the bugs are worked out.

Thanks so much for taking the time to share your experience David. We're really sorry that you were one of a handful of people affected by our early teething problems, and that our troubleshooting conversation couldn't get you up and running - but I'm really glad you found our customer service helpful. Thanks for being one of our first ever customers, even though it didn't work out this time. We're releasing new and improved versions of the app very regularly so do stay in touch! Best wishes, Georgina @ doppel (Thanks also for the personal compliment - I really appreciate it!)
