I was coming into a tense negotiating session with a company I really wanted, but I had to shape the role and deal with a low comp situation. Annie came in and coached me through the process to land everything I wanted for in comp and to assert it confidently despite my discomfort with the situation.

Colin and Annie were really amazing to work with! I had multiple offers at numerous companies (Meta, Microsoft, Google, and others) and it was hard to sift through what the right strategy should be through the process. They helped me navigate how to approach each company, met extremely frequently (at peak multiple times a week), and even did mock practice sessions. In the end the difference between my first offer and final offer was almost a 7 figure difference.

The other aspect was helping me build really deep relationships with the leadership teams at each of the companies, helping me communicate my value, and amazing strategies for navigating the job search process.
