I used Tyler and his team once again for the sale/purchase of a home in Nashville. The market isn't the best and I know peers have had difficulty getting offers. I was able to sell my home for full asking price and just using Felix saved me over $20,000 in commissions.

His team took professional photos of my property (used a drone and post processing). Providing top tier service! I had my home under contract in just 10 days and couldn't be happier.

With the recent judgement against realtors we see that sellers had/have been charged insane amounts of money on both ends of the transaction. Tyler and Felix are way ahead of the game and you are giving a used car sales person (traditional realtor) 20-30k extra by not using his service. There is no silver lining --- this is not to good to be true.

I am a first-time home buyer and just closed on my first home last week two days after Christmas. I sold my first home with Felix Homes, and Tyler made the process easy and enjoyable. I interviewed several agents before starting this process, and I felt totally confident moving forward with Tyler. He explained each step in terms that I could understand and talked me through his thought process in coming up with an ideal listing price in detail (his background in finance was extremely helpful for this part). Tyler was exceptional and had lot of patience with our house hunting . We changed cities and even counties at last, and he was always professional to give his expert advise.
