Hey, just so you know, I reached out to PayPal and they're giving me a refund. I’ve cancelled that sneaky Fernburn subscription because they just put me on a recurring plan without me noticing. PayPal will help you out too—you just need to show them proof and explain what happened.

Ordered this product after 25 days asked for a refund as not worked asked with in the 30 day money back guarantee….6 months later still waiting.

This is a scam product does not work and no one seems to want to deal with this or give me back my money as guaranteed

Doesn't work I actually gained 10 lbs
An when I tried getting my money back I was told to change my food and exercise program
That's not good an now femburn is going back on word of satisfaction or money back

Scam. Did nothing but make me feel unwell.

If I could give them no stars I would! Brought 3 bottles to get 3 for free then got charged again the next month. I lost it at them and they cancelled the subscription but the pills still arrived. I figured I paid I may as well give it a go - what a waste of 4 mths or more in and I have not lost a single gram let alone “have the weight melt off me”. Won’t fall for that crap again!

Bought one time through PayPal then every month they access the account and send another lot without our permission for three months this happened had to get PayPal to stop paying. They are still harassing us.I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

This is the absolute worst company there a complete scam do not order from this I should have read the reviews before purchasing it was 2 bottles for the price of one and it’s been 3 months with no product they keep charging your card I had to cancel my account I contacted there support team supposedly and they BS me another month said I was going to get a refund and never did I will be on all social media accounts to let the wort know how they did me around this time of year this company is a complete scam it’s not real stay away from them

The way they set you up for subscriptions without any notice, charge your every month, then make attempting to cancel a nightmare. I’ve had 2 replies from human, 20 other replies from automated messages, I asked my account be deleted, they said it was done.

To my surprise I get a “transaction failed” email. EVERY. DAY. still no response from a real human. I deleted my payment which seems to be the only way to “unsubscribe” this has been a nightmare, never buying from them again, seeing as I have a years worth of tablets in 2 months of subscriptions.

I ordered from this company on the 26/11/2025 and only received my order yesterday 5/12/2012 so I thought I would start taking the pills last night and this morning I woke up feeling dizzy so I tried to have a coffee but that didn’t work and I’ve tried to eat food only for it to come up as vomit, I have also been sleeping on an off all day. This company is a danger to women’s health and needs to be reported to the relevant authorities. I haven’t experienced anything involving money being taken from my account but I will be keeping an eye for any action taken.

I bought this product in August and no one told me that they sign you up automatically for a monthly subscription. Luckily I had to change my bank card and they have been emailing me every month multiple times to say transaction failed and emailed back to notify them that I don’t want a monthly subscription. The still email me to this day! It does not work either so I wouldn’t waste your money

Ordered well over 2 weeks ago, probably more like 3 weeks now . Nothing has arrived. There isn’t a way I can contact the company either. So I’ve lost money and been scammed. I saw an ad on Instagram and thought I’d give them ago, really wish I followed my instincts and didn’t.

I’ve emailed multiple times about an issue and have been completely ignored. When I made my first purchase, I confirmed it was a one-off order. However, the company continued to take money from my account and send more products, even after I requested several times for this to stop and asked for a refund. Extremely disappointing experience and I would not recommend this company based on their lack of communication and failure to resolve issues.

I consider it a scam. Doesn't work, waste of money. Should not be allowed to advertise.

These pricks just took out money from my account using a different address as my bank had put a block on them. It’s obviously taken a few months to get around it. If you have had dealings with this scam company the best thing to do is get a new card so they can’t access it

Finished my second bottle and no weight lost at all. Don’t know what all the hype is about but they are a waste of money

I bought one bottle got one free I had high hopes of losing some weight but il halfway through my second bottle and I havnt lost weight .am very disappointed all the hype I read about night time fat burner rubbish shouldn't have wasted my money

This company and product is a scam, it doesn’t work or do anything and when you try to get your money back the only reply you get every time you email is ‘Sure, dear. We’ve received your email and will have our team assist you with the issue. If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to contact me at any time’. I’ve been trying for 2 months to get my money back and they just fob me off with this message everytime.
Stay well away do not buy there fake products

I tried it for a few months, but actually ended up gaining weight while taking it, even though I had no significant changed to my diet. They also made it really hard to unsubscribe (they automatically ship repeats after a couple months, charging your bank account, and only notify you about this after sending it off for shipping).

I wouldn’t even give one star. Do not buy. Immediately set me up for a subscription when I didn’t want it. So I’m £100 less in my account. Didn’t offer a refund when I emailed to cancel.
The pills kind of work at the beginning, first three days I felt lighter but then all that happened was I was starving the next day. Took them for about two weeks then my period was late and had mood swings. Then stopped them and ever since have been super anxious and my hormones are off balance which is really unsettling. I ChatGPTd the ingredients and affects and it said this:

This company is selling pills with illegal ingredients which are sleeping aid more than anything else. Which has nothing to do with weight loss. When I confronted them about it was promised a full refund which never arrived. Few weeks later when I asked why is it so long,I was told to keep on taking pills instead.
Absolut madness! I can't even believe these kind of companies with such dreadful customer service even exist! Bunch of scammers!
