Ok so unlike many of you, I did receive my product. I did however not sign up for auto shipping, I was certain to check that I was literally doing a one and done purchase. I received a second charge.I'm months later and two more the product. I tried to call, but never got through to any one, so i sent an email which was not answered. i sent a second email to which they did reply in a few day & indicated they canceled my subscription. So I guess we'll see if that works and hopefully I don't get charged anymore. the real question is, does this work for anyone? I think it is but I came here to read other people's experience with its effectiveness.

Apparently I signed up for a subscription - don't recall this! Getting charged monthly and only getting about half the product. When I log in to cancel - neither my phone number or email are associated with an account, so there is no way to do this. They don't answer the phone at the number they have listed on the website. The email address provides automated responses that don't respond to what you put in the complaint.
Reporting to the Better Business Bureau - Company is FEM+ in Tampa, Florida.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Complete scam. I reached out to customer service and get generic same answers each time. The label they created showed up as fraudulent label confirmed by the post office. Don’t order from here unless u want to be scammed for you $ I ordered in July and still nothing were October

Fem+ is a BIG SCAM! I ordered August 28 and they said they shipped it on August 29 and will be receiving on September 8th but didn’t received anything. I called them several times and they re-shipped it again on September 23rd and they said wait for 8 days but until now I still don’t have it and it’s already October 6th.

I’m shaking because this is the first time that I got SCAMMED! But good thing I deleted my bank account from their website before that said automatic subscription that I never authorized!

Don’t use it’s a scam they do absolutely nothing but take your money. I recieved a email that payment would be processed on the 3rd of October I canceled on the the early morning of October 2nd they still took the money and then sent a email stating they couldn’t stop payment since it was already processed which they did an entire day and half before schedule. It’s a scam and theft ring . Avoid it at all cost . Drop are nothing but colored water as well with sugar no compounds have been found to support their claims of fluid loss

I haven't used it much yet but it might be doing something for my one deep forehead brow line so thats cool

Why am I being charged repeatedly? Give me my money back!! I will be contacting the BBB!

They just my card x 3 times and never received anything from them.
Scam alert.

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER!! I ordered from them about 3 weeks ago. I didn't receive the order so I sent an email as it states on the website. Today I was charged another $35. I've sent multiple emails just to be charged again. DO NOT ORDER

This is the first time , I've ever experienced fraud from any company. The responses from the emails are just a show from a fake person. I've reported them to BBB. It's sad that you cant trust people anymore. Next time I will be investigating more ..

I placed an order on 9-10-2026 you charged my card but I have still not received my order. I have contacted you twice about this. Where is my order!!!!!!

Ultimate scam , I purchased this 7/31 never received it. I sent several emails and some finally reached out saying they will reship my order. I received it 9/26 from an address in US under someone named Brad . It threw it in the trash ended my subscription I was not going to risk it.. SCAM

I was scammed as well. I have attempted to contact them several times with no luck. I made my initial purchase and never received my product. I look up and they have taken even more money out of my account. It’s just amazing how this is even possible!

Never received and was billed twice. Attempted to contact the company by email and received no response or refund.

I was on the website and nearly made purchase but changed my mind and closed the page. They still collected my payment info and charged me! For product AND a subscription. I noticed a month later when a second charge was placed. They claim they cancelled my subscription and I can return product for refund. But I haven’t received any product to return. It’s a complete scam, they try to steal your info to take money. I closed my financial account completely that they were pulling from because I don’t trust them.

Product never arrived. I was “sent” another one, and it never arrived either. I’ve requested a refund on two occasions and customer service will not get back to me.

DO NOT ORDER. YOU WON'T GET YOUR ORDER. IT SAID DELIVERED BUT NOTHING WAS DELIVERED BOTH ORDERS AND THEY ONLY REFUNDED THE SMALLEST AMOUNT. SO I AM OUT MONEY AND HAVE NO PRODUCTS. AGAIN DO NOT ORDER

Product smells like chemicals.
Customer service only finally sent an email after I had my credit card go after them for a refund. 30 day guarantee….doesn’t seem to be the case! Still no refund. Make sure you aren’t signed up for auto ship!
