eien Sie äußerst vorsichtig beim Bestellen nach Deutschland.
Im Vertrag steht, dass die Garantie nur dann gültig ist, wenn man den von der Firma geschickten Monteur (Subunternehmer) nutzt.

Wir haben eine Tür bestellt, die aus Polen nach Deutschland geliefert wurde. Die Tür ist angekommen, und die Firma hat ihren Monteur – also einen Subunternehmer – zu uns geschickt. Alle Zahlungsbedingungen und weiteren Details waren vorher direkt mit der Firma abgesprochen und bestätigt.

Als der Monteur kam, hat er sofort den gesamten vereinbarten Betrag für die Montage verlangt, der zuvor mit dem Firmenvertreter festgelegt wurde. Er hat die Arbeit jedoch nicht fertiggestellt, viele Teile nicht eingebaut, die Tür beschädigt hinterlassen und ist anschließend verschwunden. Er reagiert weder auf Anrufe noch auf Nachrichten.

Als wir die Firma kontaktiert haben, wurde uns gesagt, dass der Monteur „nicht zu ihrer Firma gehört“ und wir alle Probleme direkt mit ihm klären sollen. Unsere Hinweise, dass dieser Monteur von der Firma geschickt wurde und dass die Garantie nur gültig war, wenn genau dieser Monteur die Montage übernimmt, blieben unbeantwortet.

Die Tür ist bis heute nicht vollständig montiert, und wir können sie seit drei Monaten nicht benutzen. Von der Firma kommt keine Hilfe. Jetzt stehen uns lange rechtliche Schritte bevor, und währenddessen können wir – trotz vollständiger Zahlung – die Tür nicht verwenden.

Seien Sie sehr vorsichtig

It's was all ok until we experienced issues with windows. Don't believe in any promised guarantees cause it's all bunch of lies. Our biggest roof window leaked every single time there was a storm over the last year and we're still waiting for someone to come and fix it. The guy who fitted the windows told us it's not his problem and it's leaking because of solar panels (we have solar for over 6 years now and not a single leak until we got the windows fitted). Needless to mention that leak is right around the window. After a year of back and forth fight one guy came in and rubbed some silicone between the tiles. He told us himself that a piece is missing in that one and yet nobody seems to come back to fix it. You can ring them, email them txt them and they will apologize and promise to send someone and here we are a year after the first leak and still not fixed.
Our bathroom window wasn't fitted properly either so it got rotten within first few months. There was no insulation around the window whatsoever. They came, removed all plaserbroad around the window and sprayed the foam. No one will fix the plaster round the window, that's no us. Don't believe in all the beautiful reviews cause they pay to get them done. They would pay us for not putting up an honest review. Our windows were fitted around May 2024, it's nearly 2026 and the leaking window is still not fixed. We paid 7.5 thousands for our windows, wouldn't do it again if I new that we will be left alone with any issues.

Bunch of false promises!
There's a saying that the expensive hand man which you see around everyday is much better than cheap (cowboy) you won't see again after the job!

I started my journey for windows replacement on Apr/2024 - or before! Can't really remember, but I got the first quote from them on Apr/2024. The delays and time it take to get quote from them and get the details from the mare extremely difficult. They are way too busy and want to dump something on the customers.

I went ahead with one of their top of the line windows (as per their own confirmation and pricing), in fairness, the windows is great. It made a huge difference in the house, but there are good deal of things that really do not convey to us properly. For example, the glazing for the bathroom, there are glazing which allows more light and at the same time lets most of the light in, but they sales folks blindly tells you the ones in the quote is the one that provide what we are looking for. Its only when the items are delivered you know its not the case! And off-course once its delivered/installed, its customer's issue.

You deal with different person once the installation is done, who does blanket response of - "This was mentioned to you when the quote was done" even though you have all the proof on the mail communications about the false information provided by the sales.

Now, if you are getting blinds from Fenbro, think thrice! The sales team who does the quote has absolutely no idea of the blinds, the textile (materials) being provided. I went with duo pleated blinds which has 2 textiles in one blind, and is obviously the expensive ones. I asked for one blackout and one non-blackout and asked for confirmation that one is indeed a blackout one. Again you only get to know its non-blackout when its delivered and installed. Again, its the issue on the customer as per the bloke we get to deal with once the installation is over.

That's not it, if the dimensions of the blinds are wrong, for the measurements taken by Fenbro themselves, the block you deal with after installation, need the installer to call in and take a photo. He won't trust the measurements, photos, or anything you provide him. The installer himself was cursing Fenbro when he called in!

So its 24/Mar/2024, the blinds are still not installed! Its been almost a year since I have been dealing with this people.
