They have excellent customer service. My package arrived damaged and every effort has been made to respond and they will be refunding. I could not fault them.

Aqueous

Package was delivered intact and the price was reasonable. Due to change of seasons and as we are now in fall season my skin gets dry so using the product (Aqueous) it keeps my skin moist.

They charged me for PEARS soap they have advertised, so I purchased a bunch of them because I needed them since I couldn't get them anywhere! I paid about $28. Plus and they got the money right away! A week later I received an email that my money was refunded without any explanation!!
Took 5-7 business days before I received my funds back on my account!! Who does business like that? No communication, no notification of sorry ran out of stock or we have them in back order, but at least something! Still no response from my email! So will I purchase again from them? NOOO NEVER AGAIN!
