Shipped super fast! Received my order in less than 48 hours (Italy). Got a very good deal on the product. It was packed securely with care by Martina.

The order arrived late and was a gift for my partner. When trusting the boots on they come up 1-2 sizes bigger than the site gives guide for. When asked for exchange they said they do not exchange outside of Italy and will not accept return because it is outside there deadline. Very poor service and experience would not use again.

A través de la plataforma Yoox, adquirimos un artículo de un colaborador: Ferraris Boutique, número de pedido 1805Y7E6124197 por un importe de 325 euros más 11 de transporte total 336 el 18 de mayo pasado. Algo inusual, el cobro del transporte, a tenor del importe del artículo. Pero lo asumimos. En las condiciones se establecía la entrega entre 2-4 días laborables. Plazo que venció el pasado día 23. Hemos reclamado a Yoox y a Ferraris Boutique que achacan la incidencia al transportista GLS. Asimismo, hemos intentado hablar con el transportista sin obtener respuesta en el número 608073418 de Monforte del Cid y a otro número de Alicante 663924708 en múltiples ocasiones. El número de envío es P3640298049.
El problema no es solo por los perjuicios ocasionados por el retraso, sino, que también, por vernos obligados a permanecer en el domicilio a la espera del paquete desde las 9,00 hasta las 21,00 horas, todos estos días hasta que la entrega del paquete sea efectiva. Hasta cuándo????

Ware bestellt, geliefert, ausgepackt. Soweit so gut. Ein Teil von zwei passte nicht, Rücksendeschein angefordert. Innerhalb der Zweiwochenfrist (ab Erhalt der Ware) zurückgesendet. Dennoch will Ferraris nicht erstatten. Ich hätte innerhalb von drei Tagen zurücksenden müssen. Von der europäischen Gesetzgebung nimmt man dort keine Kenntnis. Das grenzt an Betrug

The worst company ever.They send me faulty shoes (I order shoes size 8 and one pair of shoes was small and another pair very big, one feet didn’t fit at all and another one is too big the feet going out when walking)and charge me for delivery and return fee £90. But there was only their fault and I didn’t understand why they charge over £90 and didn’t give me my full refund. So guys avoid to this company.

I ordered a pair of Dsquared2 sneakers and received them 5 days later. I am extremely satisfied.

There client services is very bad. I want to make my order, and for 4 days the website is go down. I wait for next week, and ask client service: can I pay out of website, they said - yes. 1-3 hours ignoring me. And after this say, thay we can not complete your order. They waste my time. Very bad

She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Each car they have has a different personality and unique feel. The feeling of power that their car possesses is massive. Seeing their car selection is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Ferraris Online is absolutely a fun place to visit, awesome scenery, and not crazy expensive cars like some of the other dealerships prices are. Totally worth the $$$ and your time. I think you will love it!

Ho acquistato un paio di ugg tazz che in negozio mi facevano pagare 250€, invece su Ferraris boutique le ho trovate ad un prezzo molto più conveniente.
