Cannot speak highly enough of the quality and value for money of Fetched food, service and team. *****

Unfortunately in with the change in ownership and formula for Fetch I experienced the following: -
1 Emails requests why I was being charged for a international Payment fee from NZ $2.77 = Reply form NZ that they pay Fees$ Nil reply form Australia.
2. Questions to Fetched Molong NO REPLY!!
#. My Labrador has been a customer for 4 years.
3. Two recent visits to vets costing +$1,000 for ear infections - advised after test that Bacteria maybe caused by change in diet.
4. New web site does not warn that feed now has changed I now have 2 boxes of Fetched I cannot use.
I will not recommend Fetched to friends family in future. New Owners suggest you review the 2 conflicting web sites and renegotiate you purhcae agreement.

Am I correct in thinking that this business has changed hands?
It’s taking longer to receive a delivery & the box wa crushed & open on the last delivery.
We may have considered changing suppliers if it wasn’t such a great product.
We know now to order early.

I never, never want to run out of this dog food. I did once, and my dog had tummy issues. As soon as he had his first sachet, everything was fantastic. This food is convenient, nutritious, my dog loves it, and stools are firm. A bonus when picking up after him. I recommend this product 100%.

Brilliant service. Our dog is happy to eat the biscuits. Will be getting it for other family member's pets too

A very simple order process for a truly great pet food product. Our cavoodle Harry, tends to be a fussy eater but will always eat fetched when he is hungry. He has a food ball from which he self serves himself when he needs to be fed and lets us know when the ball requires refilling.

Simple and convenient with plenty of clips for everyday use

Our new box of dog food arrived today - hooray! Just in time! We have half a bag of food left so Callie would not have any food tomorrow morning if the package did not arrive today. Thank you and woof woof from Callie the Wonder Dog :)
