I really enjoy my weekly sessions with Dylan Johnston. I have tried therapy before but this time I feel Iâm getting a lot more out of it. I feel so understood and it makes life less overwhelming. He has sent links and gave me information/guidance to improve myself/circumstances . Itâs been so great to be able to do it on my laptop at home instead of the added stress of travel. Thank you fettle for matching me with him. The initial appointment to discuss what I was looking for at the beginning really helped.

I am so happy I decided to try fettle. Emma Keane was my therapist and I felt immediately at ease with her, she helped me a tremendous amount. Her empathy helped me navigate difficult relationships and gain a much clearer understanding of my anxiety. It was a safe space and I feel like I have grown a lot. Nervous at the start but a great experience

Fettle has changed my life for the better

Found a therapist who matches my needs, and has been open and engaging. I've been able to set up appointments on my own terms. It is certainly a service I value.
Setting up additional sessions is easy and the reminders and calendars are handy to have.

Therapist didn't show for appointment. I contacted fettle directly for a refund on my bundle to no avail. Absolutely abhorrent that the therapist didn't answer my calls or texts either. No excuse.
